Well, because TRP means money that translates to business for Zee. If the serial doesn't fetch enough TRPs, advertisement will dry up that in turn means no money for Zee. Since, Zee isn't doing charity in the name of entertainment; it will not be carry the weight of a dead horse. That is why TRP is watched every week in the Telly world with anxiety and shows that aren't doing good is taken to the chopping block...ahhh well, that is why, am interested to know the success of Arjun and Purvi as a couple in terms of TRP and money, isn't that how every person's contribution is evaluated in their workplace too? So, TRP is the performance/result sheet that will soon be out and it will attest how popular Arjun Purvi truly are as a jodi - it will give us a pulse to what the Indian audience truly think of this union...So, yup, TRP matters, and I for one, is waiting for it this week 😉
