Swayam (with doubt) :rey tune haa kaise ki???

Reys mom, dad n dadi: exactly!!!!!!

Rey smiled n looked at all of them one by one n he burst out laughing'

Rey: aap sab ka chehra toh dekho' swayam remember maine kaha tha ke mujhe ek ladki se pyaar ho gaya hai.. yeh wahi hai' (swayam was awestruck) dad u were right' yeh ladki mere liye perfect hai.. n main isise shadi karunga'

(all were happy.. )

Swayam hugged rey n said: I am so happy for you finally hume hamara pyaar mil raha hai..

Rey couldn't understand n asked: matlab?? Tujhe toh tera pyaar kab ka mila hai na???

Swayam smiled n said: yeah but officially parso woh meri hogi.. actually tu jab mere ghar se jaa raha tha toh yaad hai ek call aaya tha?? Woh call Sharon ke parents ka tha.. woh mujhse milna chahte the.. tere yaha aanese pehle Sharon ke ghar gaya tha main aur parso engagement hai'

Rey was in shock..

Rey: teri engagement parso hai aur tu abhi bata raha hai??? (then he thought for while) ek sec matlab waha toh taani bhi hogi naaa???????? Yippee..

Swayam raised his one eyebrow n said: kaminey tere dost ki engagement hai woh nahi dikh rahi tujhe.. taani aa rahi hai yeh dikh gaya..

Rey raking his fingers through his hairs: pyaar toh aise hi hota hai boss..( n then he noticed that his parents were der, looking at him) sorry dad, mom n dadi main aapko sabkuch ghar jaate waqt batata hoon ke taani ko main kaha mila tha n all.. (looking at swayam) chal swayam tu aa raha hai na??

Swayam: no rey mujhe invitations n all ki arrangements karni hai..

Rey: okay so main inhe chod ke tujhe milta hoon phir sath mein kaam karenge..

Swayam: yup.. bbye'

Sharon hugged taani so tightly..

Sharon while breaking the hug: I am so happy taani.. rey ko main jaanti hoon aur woh ek bohot achcha ladka hai trust me..

Taani: actually main swayam ko dekhke shock ho gayi thi..

Sharon: yeah woh swayam ka best friend hai na.. btw rey sach mein tumhe bohot jyada khush rakhega..

Taani (in low voice) : Sharon iss shadi se pehle mujhe reyaansh ko sach batana hoga' mere aur sujal ke baare mein'

Sharon: no way bebs.. tum abhi kuch nahi kahogi.. n suno meri baat shadi tak tum rey se kuch nahi kahogi plsss.. mujhe pata hai yeh sahi nahi hai bt trust me tum shadi tak puri tarah sujal ki yaadonse bahar aaogi.. aur shadi ke baad bata dena..

Taani: no Sharon.. main aisa nahi kar sakti' aur mujhe pata hai main sujal ko nahi bhul sakti..

Sharon: u hav to.. for me pls.. meri engagement ka gift smajh ke do' cuz mujhe pata hai rey jaise ladke ke sath rehke tum puri taraf pehle jaise ho jaogi.. aur usse pyaar bhi karogi..

Taani :bt Sharon.. (suddenly she realized what Sharon said) ek sec teri engagement ka gift???????? Kab?? Kaise??? Kaha??? Aur aur..

Sharon cut her off n said: aree taani saans lo' aaj hi fix hui.. parso hai.. aur tujhe abhi se meri help karni hai..

Taani hugged her.

Taani: now I am happy for you.. so chal abhi teri shopping ke liye..

Taani was about to drag her out when Sharon stopped her..

Sharon: pehle promise karo tum rey ko bhi kuch nahi bataogi.. promise me..

Taani: Sharon tum'.

Sharon: pls taani..

Taani: okay.. tumhare liye nahi bataungi.. ab chalo..

(to herself: hey Krishna ji maaf karna bt main majboor hoon.. reyaansh ko phir bhi bataneki koshish karungi main..)

Sharon's engagement venue

Taani was standing next to Sharon.. she was looking drop dead gorgeous..

Bt something was missing, yeah her smile was missing.. Sharon was talking to her bt she was not in her sense..

Sharon: hai na taani?

Taani came to her sense n asked: haa?? Kya???

Sharon: ohhoo.. kaha khoyi ho??? Abhi se rey ki yaadon mein haa??

Taani: shut up yaar Sharon.. tum aaj bohot achchi lag rahi ho warna dikhati tumhe abhi..

Sharon: achcha??? Lol.. kya complement dene ka tarika hai.. (taani glared at her) thike sorry.. waise rey ko toh aajana chahiye tha abhi.. kaha hai yeh ladka..

Aur yeh dekho mera swayam hai ke guests mein itna busy hai ke main dikh hi nahi rahi use..

Suddenly light went off'

One boy stepped into the spot light.. taani n Sharon was facing his back..

"Ab Mujhe Raat Din Tumhara Hi Khayal Hain"

while singing he turned only his face to left direction.. now taani n Sharon could see his left side of face..

Sharon: rey'

Taani looked at Sharon n again at rey..

"Kya Kahu Pyaar Mein Deewano Jaisa Haal Hain"

he turned his face to right direction.. n closed his eyes while wearing a cute smile on face..

"Deewano Jaisa Haal Hain Tumhara Hi Khayal Hain"

Finally he turned n faced taani..

"Ho Ho Aa Ha Ha Ha La La La La La La "

He started walking towards taani.. n taani was feeling very awkward that she lowered her gaze..

"Ab Mujhe Raat Din Tumhara Hi Khayal Hain"

He was in front of her asking her hand for dance..

"Kya Kahu Pyaar Mein Deewano Jaisa Haal Hain"

She looked at his hand n then at him.. he was smiling at her bt she wasn't ready for dance so she jus nodded her head in NO.. n left from there.. rey thought it was her shyness.. so he couldn't help but smile..

"Tum Ko Dekhe Beena Chain Milta Nahi"

taani was walking bt stopped when she found rey again in front of her.. rey smiled n started walking backward as she started walking forward.. she looked at her either sides for avoiding his gaze bt he wasn't ready to see anything else except her..

"Dil Pe Ab To Koi Zor Chalta Nahi"

Suddenly he held taani's hand n kept it on his chest, near his heart.. she could feel his heart beats faster and faster.. taani looked at their hands which was on his chest..

"Jaadu Hain Kaisa Dil Ki Lagi Mein"

When he sang this line taani looked into his eyes.. for the first time she saw his hazel eyes which were reflecting love for her' she felt like his dark brown eyes were asking the same response from her..

"Dub Gaya Hu Is Bekhudi Mein"

He blinked his eyes n angled his head to his right.. she came to her senses.. n pulled her hand away from his chest..

"Ho Ho Aa Ha Ha Ha La La La La La La"

She was running away from him n he was jus staring at her till his eyes could see her view..

"Har Pal Dhunde Nazar Tum Ko Hi Jaaneman"

He panicked as he was searching for her bt couldn't find her.. he was searching her like his life was in danger..

"Had Se Badhne Laga Mera Deewanapan"

He sighed when he saw her talking with Sharon..

"Dil Mein Basa Lu Apna Bana Lu"

He got lost in her.. her talking, her smile, her way of tucking her strand of hair behind her ear everything was driving him crazy..

"Ya Phir Nazar Mein Tumko Chupa Lu"

He closed his eyes as if he wanted to hide her in his eyes from the world..

"Ho Ho Aa Ha Ha Ha La La La La La La"

He opened his eyes when swayam patted him on his shoulder.. he looked at swayam n smiled.. swayam gave him "what happened" look n rey jus nodded in no..

After engagement

All four were talking when suddenly Sharon got an idea..

Sharon: hey rey tum taani ko ghar chod ge?? Actually abhi raat hone ko hai au raise mein taani akele kaise jaayegi na..

Rey was happy bt taani was glaring at Sharon..

Rey: why not..

Taani: ji nahi reyaansh.. main chali jaungi.. aap takleef mat lo..

Rey: areee tumhare karan mujhe kabhi takleef ho sakti hai bhala??

(his teeth caught his bottom lip when he realized what he said.) I mean main chod dunga'

Sharon: thanks rey'

Swayam: aree Sharon ulta rey tumse thanks kehne ko betaab ho ga.. (n both laughed while rey was looking at taani n taani was avoiding his gaze..)

In rey's car

Rey to himself: aree yaar yeh toh bahar dekhe jaa rahi hai kabse' baat kaise karu.. aur aise hi chalta raha toh ghar aajayega iska aur kuch baat bhi nahi ho paayegi.. soch rey kuch soch..

Suddenly he got an idea n he stopped his car..

As soon as rey stopped the car taani looked at him..

Taani: kya hua reyaansh?? Car kyun roki??

Rey: are maine roki nahi hai.. yeh ruk gayi hai.. I think kuch problem ho gayi hai.. tumhara ghar yahase 15 min ke duri par hai so hum chalke jaate hai.. phir wapas aake main car dekh lunga okay??

Taani: ji nahi' aap yahi rukke car ko dekhiye main khud chali jaungi..

Rey: no way' main aise tumhe akele nahi chod sakta.. waise hi bohot time ho chukka hai.. so chale..

Taani: okay thik hai..

Both got out of the car n started walking.. that awkward silence was irritating rey so he decided to broke the silence..

Rey: so??? Engagement achchi hui naa??

Taani: hmmm.. achchi hui..

Again there was silence' that was it rey couldn't bear it..

Rey: okay.. I know hum abhi dusri baar mile hai.. bt tumhe mujhse kuch puchna nahi??

Taani looked at him n nodded her head in no..

Rey: bt mujhe batana hai..

U knw taani maine pehli baar tumhe show pe dekha tha.. usi waqt mujhe tumse pyaar ho gaya tha.. I knw ke tumhe lag raha hoga ke main kuch bhi bol raha hoon.. trust me mujhe bhi yeh pehli nazar wale pyaar pe yakeen nahi tha.. bt jab tumhe dekha toh yakeen ho gaya.. uss din tumne meri taraf dekha bhi nahi shayad bt uss din maine toh sirf aur sirf tumko dekha tha.. aur jab pehle papa ne kaha ke mujhe ek ladki dekhne jaana hai toh maine soch liya tha ke main uss ladki ko mana kardunga.. bt jab tumhe dekha toh meri khushiyon ka koi thikana nahi raha.. I was so happy.. aur maine haa kardi shadi ke liye.. par pata nahi kyun mujhe tumhari aankhon mein dard dikhta hai.. aur mujhe nahi pata ke woh kya baat hai aur tum mujhe batana chahti bhi ho ya nahi bt trust me main har ek woh pain jo tumhare paas aayega usse tumse dur karke rahunga.. (taani had tears in her eyes.. rey noticed something n said) yeh lo tumhara ghar bhi aagaya..

Taani to herself: reyaansh mujhse itna pyaar karte hai.. nahi nahi.. mujhe unhe sach batana hoga.. kuch bhi ho jaaye mujhe unhe mere aur sujal ke baare mein batana hoga..

Taani: reyaansh main aapse'

(bt she was cut off by her mom..)

Taani's mom: areee taani rey beta.. tum dono aise bahar kya kar rahe ho?? Andar aajao na..

Rey smiled at her mom n said: no aunty ab toh seedhe barat leke aaunga.. abhi der ho rahi hai.. ghar chalta hoon..

(rukmini couldn't help bt smile.. n at the same time taani closed her eyes.. )

Rukmini: thik hai beta.. thik se jaana..

Rey: ji aunty.. (n he left.. taani ran towards her house n rukmini noticed her tears.. rukmini wanted to stop her bt taani didn't listen n went to her room..)
