Aishwarya and Katrina both have international icon awards. Which one is better recognised abroad?

Aishwarya is. Obviously. She's done those international L'oreal commercials.

Aishwariya has Loreal and she has attended so many international film festivals and has done cameo in some hollywood movies.

Katrina on the other other hand also has a international brand today and her posters are out in big cities for the brand but she never cared to attend any film festivals and she never was interested in hollywood, she didn't want to start struggle again and has always been happy with bollywood.

So I think it's not fair to compare them. Aishwariya has always been interested in going hollywood and has done enough PR to get attention from overseas audience. Katrina not focused on that front as of yet.

but yes among the desi international fans we can compare them and in that aspect clearly katrina's a bigger icon cause her movies has done much bigger but when it comes to the amount of western audience and amount of western celebrities knowing them then aishwariya is bigger icon.

I am talking about her Etihad Airways brand. Her posters are out in big cities like London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Washington Airports.

And also at bus stations etc.

She did struggle, she didn't get that big break like say a anushka, sonakshi, sonam etc. got.
