Anyway coming to the point, before I start with what I really want to say, I just want to add that I AM SO PROUD OF BALA <3 . And I simply loved today's episode. Now this is the Madhubala I wanted to see. Strong and sensible. Who will not go down without putting up a good fight. Who says only grey shaded heroes look good? I am loving this new grey shaded Bala who can lie and manipulate, but knows her limits very well. She is on a mission, a mission that she wants to succeed in, and she will do whatever it takes to achieve that goal without forgetting her limits. Many may have thought she has crossed them, but I don't. When a person goes through what she has, they would do anything and everything in their power to get their well deserved justice.
Coming back to the post, I thoroughly enjoyed the Sultan-Madhu scene today. I wasn't expecting her to visit Sultan that very moment and it came as a surprise to me, but a good one. They both care about each other and cannot ignore when the other is in pain, whether physical or emotional. The anger and the helplessness Sultan felt for not being able to do anything to help Madhubala was clearly evident, to us and to Madhu too. And their relationship just keeps getting stronger and better.
Highlight of today's episode was the revelation of Madhu's plan on having invited Sultan for real to the party. And Sultan guessing correctly that the message was not from Madhu and called her to confirm it. My-oh-my, what understanding. I am in awe of these two. Especially Sultan. He really does know her better than anyone else and no matter how hard Madhu tries, she just cannot lie to him. Their bond is so genuine and real. They can sense each others problems and wouldn't hesitate to come to the other's aid when needed. And the cherry on top is the new SulBala Background Music <3 . Now that is what I call a BACKGROUND MUSIC. Sweet and subtle and feels good to the ears.
They portray every quality that a healthy relationship should possess.
1. Trust
2. Communication
3. Understanding
4. Respect
5. Honesty
6. Comfort
This is why I ship SulBala. I frankly don't care what profession Sultan belongs to because there are tons of other wrong things that need to be pointed at first in the show and it's other characters. But the simple and plain fact is that he doesn't put the word "relationships" to shame. Madhu and Sultan are just friends, but they portray everything a naturally healthy and long lasting relationship requires. If this friendship ever turns into something more, it will be there to stay forever!
P.S: No bashing. I know how to press the Report Button!
P.P.S: The Aryan-Sultan scene was once again very touching. Love this Father-Son duo!
