Just as she was about to save her script for her class, Neha's laptop had shut down. She had lost everything, all the dialogues and every scene that she had her busy for more than three hours. It was frustrating, obviously, as she would have to do everything over again if the laptop didn't turn on. All of it was going to be taught to her class tomorrow but now it all was vanished.
She took out the box of the laptop and found the number to call for help. She just wished someone would know how to get her out of this mess. She dialed the number; 9810245736. The phone rang three times. The machine spoke. "Hello and thank you for contacting our customer service agency. Please state your problem."
Neha spoke into the phone, "I was working on my laptop and it suddenly shut down. I don't know what the problem is."
The phone had beeped and Neha thought they disconnected the phone. As she brought the phone down, she heard a playful voice speak a warm hello. She brought the phone back to her ears.
"Hello, I am Vikramjeet Kalsi, Vicky for short. How may I help ma'am?"
"Well hello Vikram or whatever-" she was cut off.
"It's Vicky."
"Okay Vicky. Can someone come and fix my computer? It shut down and I lost all my work files. I need it fixed now!"
"I love your voice!"
Neha was getting aggravated. "Excuse me?!"
"Oh sorry. What is your name again? We have to fill out a complaint form."
"Neha Kapoor."
"Age?"
Neha answered all the questions that were being asked for the form. "Okay so how do I fix my computer?"
"Someone will be right over."
Neha had waited about an hour until someone had come. She was pacing the living room when she heard the doorbell ring. As she opened the door, her eye was feeling pleasant. There stood a tall guy, fair and adorable. He spoke of a familiar voice. "Hello, Neha I am Vicky." He was looking into the papers when he spoke and when he took a glance up, he dropped his jaw. He stared at her blankly. Neha felt herself blush but quickly brushed it off.
"Can we get to work here? I have things to do! My work was deleted and I need it."
"Calm down Neha...I hope you don't mind me calling you that!" Neha chuckled.
She got back to her angry teacher mode again. "That's my name so why in the world would I have a problem with that?" Vicky frowned. "Can we get to work?"
Vicky nodded and Neha explained to him what had exactly happened. Vicky leaned over to the back of the computer and Neha was lost in her thoughts. "He is perfect," she thought. "He has the looks and he knows about computers. What else does a guy need?" In no time, Vicky turned and said "You're computer is fixed." She smiled and Vicky walked over to the door.
"Okay," Vicky said. "I guess I will be leaving now. Just give us a call if anything happens again." He turned and took a step before being stopped by Neha's voice.
Neha spoke, "Do you mind if I ask you something?"
"Anything."
Neha took a deep breath and smiled before starting again. "Do you have plans for tomorrow?" Vicky looked at her confused. "Would you like to have dinner together?" She gave him a warm smile and he looked at her shocked. Vicky flashed Neha a cute smile and nodded before heading out.
