Well, first of all there is no need for me to explain the reasons for loving SS but the present situation of the forum has forced me to do so 😊 I dedicate this quote to him:

" I am perfect in my imperfections, Happy in my pain, Strong in my weaknesses and beautiful in my own way because i'm me" 😳

Everybody has their own strengths and weaknesses. I have been continuously reading that RK had a very troubled childhood and that is why he behaves the way he does. Let me correct you all that it's just not him who suffered. Sultan had a way harsher past than him. What if RK has always been betrayed in love? Sultan also lost his wife whom he loved to bits 😭

SS ( Sexy-Sultan ☺️) never wanted to be a gangster himself.He was FORCED to choose the path. And as we have seen in the episodes, SS never killed an innocent person. He was shooting people like Bhujang. People who posed as a threat to his loved ones.People who supported a poison like drugs.

- SS is a gangster with a heart ❤️ He faced so much in life but never failed to respect others. He even saved RK's life when he was drunk and met with an accident. He could have left him there but he didn't. This shows he is a true MAN.

- Madhu shouted at him on the phone and even brought his dead wife, the love of his life, in the conversation. He could have shouted back, abused her just like RK does. But, no he didn't and the first thing he asked was " Are you Okay? "

-The respect he gives to Padmini is another reason. I was literally shocked when RK told Madhu not to invite her mom at the party because he doesn't like her. And before this he had once said" I'll bring her here so she can apologize to you Madhu, her own daughter"

-The most important part... His concern for Madhu, someone he considers his friend, someone who saved his life and someone to whom he'll remain indebted forever. He makes Madhu smile. He makes her forget the tensions in her life. He shows her the right path. He tells her to believe in herself. And last but not the least, He is always there when Madhu needs him.

" Friendship is a single soul living in two bodies."

-He is not the one who interferes in RK-Madhu's life, he is always dragged into it by none other than RK himself.

- Sultan is such an amazing character. I am not denying that he does not have flaws. Everybody does.And then he is being played by none other than Avinesh Rekhi . He has looks to die for and so down to Earth. He has done complete justice to such a strong and deep character like SS.

- The last thimg i want to say is that many people said that RK is a MAN because he punched Sultan. Let me make one thing clear, RK is not strong, he is weak, very weak.

"Being powerful is like being a lady. If you have to tell people you are, you aren't."

This is why we support our SS. This is why we Support Sulbala. And we will support him in all that he does, no matter what. ❤️

I wanted to dedicate this song to SS..

I so agree with everything in your post. He may harbor feelings for Madhu that defy definition , but how could he not have had such feelings for a woman like her, when they met in such circumstances in which he got to know and see really what she is all about.

The man insists only on protecting her if she ever needs help, but he had already made boundaries and doesn't cross them.. He may have questions and doubts but he knows he hasn't the place in her life to demand answers or explanations from her..

His is a harsher past, a more violent one, he had an abrupt end to his childhood, when he was left alone with no one to tend to an 8 yr old orphan.. there was no other recourse but crime for him. When survival alone becomes the question , how would education or morality figure in it?!

Yet hes a man who knows his limits.. There are things he values, like courage, and loyalty, and honesty.. like altruism and compassion.. he respects these values, and hes grateful to the people who have them, and who bestowed them on him and his son..

There's many thing indescribable about Sultan.. its all meant to be seen and felt gradually..the deeper you delve, the more vast he becomes.. until you realize its so silly to want to understand him all at once..i'd rather not.. I like this subtlety, and a very faint ambiguity about him.. you are almost certain about what he is until that last bit where you know you dont know him at all..like a poem, i understand one moment , and the very next it has transformed itself completely within the restraint of the same words. thats magic:)

Sultan is THE Man of the show, his actions speak louder and clear than words unlike others.I keep falling in love with his character again and again with each passing day.

Nina dear...without a doubt ..SUPER writing and totally agree with it all...SULTAN - the character has beeen indeed etched sooo beautifully with so many layers and the each layer is being exposed in the most meaningful way...Avinesh Rekhi has indeed gotten into the skin of SULTAN and he is doing FABULOUS job at it...luv him sooo much...❤️

@Shanzy dear : AWESOME topic gurl and I am amazed that u have this hidden talent of writing sooo SUPERBBBLYYY...👏...Agree with all the points u make and like I said earlier...SULTAN aka AVINESH are FANTASTIC...

I wonder...I wonder how much sultan would have been hated. How much he would have been criticised for being a gangster, being a sadakchaap, his annoying kid, his kookoo kaka, lack of gang, everything.

I wonder how much he would be disliked, if this serial had begun with the female lead, madhu being in a dream...and everything that has happened upto just befoe sultan's entry was part of that dream. Or rather nightmare.

If ppl knew it was just her dreaming...would they still be so obsessed and attached with rishbala. If it was all a dream would they be? I don't think so. However, so many fail to realise that what happened, that rishbala was not real. It was all acting by rk.

Sorry Shanz a bit of topic but you, Nina and others describe sultan so well that I never find anything worth adding.

Sultan is just amazing...

When i ship a couple or a character, i see the uniqueness in them. And sultan is on my list😃.

he has every quality that makes a character interesting and worth supporting.

His character is slowly progressing which i love the most. Everything he does ..there is a logic explanation to it , which is very hard to find in desi shows😆
