It does seems so. Otherwise why would she agree to Ravi's relation to Nagma? Even after seeing Ravi's frolics in the BB house she still wants him inside. He mentioned few times that it is her who forcefully sent him there. May be they have an understanding. Good for them.
If she's with him for the money then I guess they are suited to each other. They have a rocking marriage of convenience.
I understand decisions are not easy when children are involved and his wife may be staying with him for their kids' needs. But I think with such a father, kids are better off living away from him.... What role-model is he setting for them anyways??
And if they did get divorced wouldn't she have a claim at alimony for kids' proper upbrining. Anyways, it quite their personal matter and I am no one to pass judgement.... goodness knows the actual truth behind their relationship.
But she has to be a very patient lady to be able to tolerate all this and specially when his affairs are public knowledge.
