Why should Pankhu do anything against Latika? Latika herself will fall into a trap laid by herself. Pankhu will not do anything against her. Maximum Pankhu can do is to get Latika's truth in front of everyone.

Anuj is now with Phanku, so no worries from his side. Latika will try and she will win in Rubal completely as Rubal is a fool. Rubal will make mistakes and hence Latika will take advantage of it. But I don't think she will succeed as Phanku is now well aware of her plans and she knows how to control.

Regarding the TRP matter, I think the CVs are going to change the track now, by revealing the truth about Phanku's job to Adi. It's gonna be a little parting track of PaYa but its a hint that romance is on the way.
