Because this idea of 'guy and girl falling in love, but twist of fate making the girl get married to his brother' has been used, reused, modified, used again, crapped on, washed, and used till it's become so old and pointless that even touching upon this idea will make the audience roll their eyes at the typicality of the show and stop watching it. 😆

Everyone knows that NO baddua will ever effect someone who is pure hearted and has faith in Allah, so Shireen's baddua coming true is BS...nothing else

Only in TV shows they are pretending or rather want to make audience believe that baddua always effects the person it is given tooo, maybe they think audiences are fools, but reality is a whole different story.
Drama is needed to carry the show forward, but unrealistic , useless drama only irritates and this is one of them 😡
