When you keep expectations with some one with a fact that might he will not fulfill them you cannot blame him. But when you see love for yourself in his eyes your expectation increase by a degree. Same thing happened here in this case . when shiv hate her he never hid the fact now when he love he kept his feeling with him only because he had reason for this and I guess telling an entire truth with so much dare in front of everyone is also his love for gauri , his insecurities and his eyes speaks. Well if he was willing to unite shashank and gauri by then he was selfish for the lady he loved he did not wanted her to die. He tried a lot that some how gauri come across the truth . he is not wrong no one can blame him .

Shashank was wrong because at one point for his personal benefits he agreed to left her to die. Devika was wrong played dirty games even send some one to make her life hell with the reason that she wanted to save her …..woman if you had guts you could went to her could confess who you are and tell her what is raaz .

Oh Almighty Allah how could I be so stupid ….right when it comes to ekta kapoor …it is obvious that unconditional things happens regularly …..a dead man become alive …..an old man can stay in river at night time for maximum 5 minutes , some gundas can easily kidnap a man from hospital and yeah devika's intuition she every time have information where every one is ….actually her PA is a magician reach at five places in one time.

Now if gauri leave shiv then I would say her love was materialistic …when the question come for her life…she choose her life not love …….. when love for any one is true how much life you are going to live does it matter? You know a stanza of ghalib's (I guess) is coming in my mind at the moment

Well the time of death is fixed the thing is how it happens no body knows …..It was written in gauri's destiny that she would have to marry shiv ……some how …..i don't know what the word "KARAM" exactly meant by …….but what I have understand is ….its mean destiny ……………it can never be change and one cannot blame the related person . so gauri cannot blame shiv now he offered her to run away ………secondly now what ever quality time she have she could spend it with shiv ….at least if I would be at her place I would prefer to live with him rather then run away from truth I would fight .

My analysis of the situation is that Gauri will leave him. Pay attention to the last scenes. All her memories were running backward. Like she is erasing her mind.

But I do agree with your view on Shashank and Devika. They were no angels. I think the only person who was every good with Gauri was her direct family and Shiv. The rest of the people used her.

I think she needs to leave the house and return to Calcutta in order for Shiv to see her next to the river and realize the one he is married to is the one in the photo.
