When Asad fell in love with Zoya

Just had a thought... when did Asad fall in love with Zoya. Initially, he hated her and girls "like" her. Then he was stressed out because he had to take care of her. He helped her to stay back in the country, saved her from being deported. He even pretended to be her fiance. He became her protector. He saved her from Akram, the gundas outside the railway station, in Mangalpur when she was buried alive, from Tanveer's live wire in the bath tub. Am I right to say that sparks flew and the flame of love started to burn when they were handcuffed together and the flame was the brightest when she was buried alive? Did he realize his love for Zoya when he thought he lost her?

Asad fell in love with Zoe the moment he saw her crying at the Dargah in her bridal attire. Its his strongest and most favourite memory of her.

Truly, I think he fell in love with her at first sight that is at Durgah. Later he fell in love and fell out of it depending on scenarios. But actual spark is dargah only.

That Zoe was rebellious, modern and a blabbermouth made it easier for Asad to condition himself to 'hate' her. But if you look back, Asad never hated her , he just disapproved of her and her ways. Its only when he almost lost her to death at Mangalpur, that Asad was hit by the reality of his powerful emotions for her.

Creatives often highlight it - Asad fell in love with Zoe at first sight and since then, the journey has been very difficult for him.

I agree It was love at first sight at the Dargah. But Mangulpur and him almost losing her made that love grow stronger

agree! but i also noticed that there is one memory which he recollects everytime is when he carried her out of the wedding from akram... i think he truly started to fall for her then and then mangalpur made his journey even more difficult to ignore her.
