I think he loves Naina. But does not want anyone to know about that yet. You never know he might even confess to Dr. Ritu that yes she is a smart doctor and yes he loves Naina. You never can tell with these serial producers or creative heads. Thank God this serial is in no way related to Ekta Kapoor.
