1)He had a work permit, so he may have committed a financial fraud at his office & escaping from foreign police, hiding now in India.

Surely, he has something in his mind... Thats y he is in DM.. But Kaira blindly believes him... So, he will take that as an advantage... So Pankhuri will try hard to convince Kaira...I think, Manan will understand, Pankhuri has doubt abt him... So like Latika, he will plan something against Pankhu..

This guy creeps me out , he was obviously relieved when nana over ruled
