I think the Cvs have already chosen the new Ayaan and they are just stalling so that we get used to the absence of Rishab (not that I am sad he left) and kinda forget him so when the new actor comes we accept him more easily.

I dont know..I am just guessing...Because it has been more than one month since the news of Rishab leaving came out so They had plenty of time to select..they selected Amrapali like in two days?!!...so I guess they are giving the audience time to forget Rishab.
