Surbhi is gorgeous, unfortunately I don't think the same of Sonakshi.
Surbhi has strong bone structure with high cheekbones, Sonakshi doesn't.
Surbhi also has a nicer eye shape, I don't know what shape to call it, but her eyes stand out in every picture.
I also don't like Sonakshi's personality because she seems a bit full of herself in her interviews, so maybe that's why my views on her looks are biased against her.
