I think she must have ran away, got married and came home preggy after the rejection by LNV 😆

Possible, but she is shown as a highly respectable figure. If that's true means mota bhabi or even Guman would have yelled out saying so .

May be her husband left when she was preggy with Kumari, knowing she still loves LNV
