Another IF member mentioned this as well, but I sincerely hope we get to see Zoya calling her Appi and Jiju and telling them about her engagement. Also, hopefully they will return to India and be part of the 10 days leading up to the wedding.

yes they should.i was a bit surprised that zoya didnt discuss about her engagement with her appi and jiju.strange

yes, me too. Maybe because Asad kept saying that it was not real and when the real one happened, it happened really fast. I am surprised that she didnt call them up right after the real engagement though.

So glad it will be Dilshad calling Aapi and Jeeju to formally ask for Zoya's hand in marriage to Asad...cause Zoya telling her jeeju and aapi about it i feel would be quite informal in such circumstances as usually with marriage discussions once the bride and groom decide they want to marry, their parents or guardians take up the matter and finalise on dates etc...well atleast thats how they do it where i come from

That's great about the precap. I haven't seen the episode yet, so I didn't know.

Poor Asad...once the call is made, there is no chance that he is going to be able to say that the engagement or nikkah (when it happens) is fake.

I hope Zoya's Appi and Jiju tell Asad that marriage means alot to Zoya and once married, she will give her everything to making the marriage work...(This was the conversation that Zoya's Appi and Jiju had during one of the early episodes.)
