Incidentally this also demonstrates a scope for a direct verbal scene now (once that surprise was showed) or some non verbal gesture- mental caress ( Prasad was one such moment) before the surprise. By a clamour for such scene, I am arguing or defending scope only. Support yaar, all viewers out there won't have benefit of our IF discussions. After all Gautam also said about TRPs and their supports (huge audience out there)...😊

When CVs leave too much unstated, we will fill the gaps our own way, and this did he, didn't he, is part of the excitement of any good literary work.

But I was actually glad to see today that he didn't know of her sitting outside, or at least that's what it looks like.

For me a Saras, so consumed with his own self, that he would consciously let Kumud sit outside his door, was not matching his character, so I am actually happy that it played out the way it did. This was more Saras like.

hope they show it today, i am missing heart to heart saras kumud talks a lot ...frankly speaking i did not find much depth ...well he went to take aarti and it was in kumuds hand so whats a big deal ...he was tired from long night sleeplessness so was kumud ...at least a small talk or a display of acknowledment was needed ...i consider it a loophole from cv side...

Today's episode taught him some very important lessons ..You cant blame others and self pity yourself all the time.. God also helps those who help themselves.. Saras is flawed ..and so is Kumud in her own way.. so I dont put it past him if he got too self engrossed in his own sorrows to take note of Kumud.. very humane at the end of the day..
