Part 14
After Vandana left , Taani thought and said to herself :
Taani:I think mom is right ... Rey must be very busy that's why he is not giving me proper time ... But I miss him ... Kitna time hogaya maine unhein dekha bhi nahi or na hi baat ki hai ... Chor na Taani kyun itna tension lerahi hai ... Sab theek hojayega ...
It was night and dinner time ... Rey's mom and dad were there at the dining table ...
Yash:Vandana where is Taani ? Woh dinner k liyay nahi aayen ?
Vandana:Woh unhon ne kaha unka man nahi hai ...
Yash:Waise aaj kal main dekh raha hoon k Taani bohot khamosh rehti hain ... Or Rey bhi bohot kam nazar aate hain ... Un donon k beech sab theek toh hai na ?
Vandana:Haan sab theek hai bas Rey bohot busy hain ... Or shayad isi wajah se woh Taani ko time nahi de paate ... Or yehi wajah hai k Taani bhi itni khaamosh rehti hain ...
Yash:You should talk to Rey about this matter ... Because Taani needs her husband the most in such a time from which she is passing ...
Vandana:Hmmm ... I think you are right ... I'll talk to him tonight when he came ...
Yash:Its better ...
After dinner Yash goes to his room and Vandana sit in the hall waiting for Rey ...
Rey entered the house and saw his mom still awaking ... He said :
Rey:Mom why are you sitting here in the hall ?
Vandana:I want to talk to you Rey ...
Rey:Mom baat toh subah bhi hosakti thi ... Aap ki health kharab hojayegi is tarha ...
Vandana:Rey is waqt mujhay apni health se ziada apni bahu or apne hone wale grand son/grand daughter ki health ki fikar hai ...
Rey:Mom kya hua Taani ko ... ? Woh theek toh hai ? Or mera baccha toh theek hai na ? Main abhi jaaker dekhta hoon ...
He was scared for his wife and baby ... He was scared of loosing them ...
Vandana said :
Vandana:Rey she is fine ... But if she don't take care of herself , you will definitely lose your wife and baby ...
Rey give her a confused look and said :
Rey:Mom what are you trying to say ? Please seedhi seedhi baat kejiyay ...
Vandana:First have a seat them we will talk ...
They both sit on the sofa and then Vandana said :
Vandana:Rey kya aapko yaad hai last time aap Taani se kab theek se milay thay or baat ki thi ?
Rey again give her a confused look and said :
Rey:Mom main usse roz milta hoon ... Hum ek saath ek ghar mein rehte hain so definitely roz milengay ...
Vandana smiled lightly and said :
Vandana:Kya ek ghar mein rehna hi saath rehna hota hai ?? Aap donon ek doosre k liyay ajnabi (unknown) hote jarahay hain ... Aapki itni aadat hogaye hai Taani ko k woh aapke baghair reh nahi paati ...
Apne room se nahi nikalti woh ... Kisi se ziada baat nahi kerti ... Na theek se khaati peeti hain ... Please Rey aap apne kaam mein itna mat kho jaaiyay k aap apna sab kuch kho dein ... Or jis daur se Taani guzar rahi hain us waqt unhein sab se ziada aapke saath ki zaroorat hai ... Aapki zaroorat hai ..
Or agar aap hi unke saath nahi honge toh aap unhein kho denge ... I know k woh aapse kuch nahi kahengi ... But unke dil mein kahin na kahin yeh baat reh jaayegi k zindagi k sabse khoobsurat palon (moments) mein aap unke saath nahi thay ... Or ek waqt aisa aayega jis mein aapko bhi is baat ka giult hoga k aapne apni wife or baby k saath k woh pal miss ker diyay jo sab se haseen pal hain zindagi k ... Please Rey apne rishte ko tootne se bacha lejiyay ... Yeh choti choti dooriyan hi itni barh jaayengi k woh Taani ko aapse door lejaane k liyay kaafi hongi ...
Rey was listening all this very carefully and he was realizing that kahin na kahin uski mom right hain ... Kahin na kahin usko abhi se guilt feel hone laga hai ... Woh apni wife or baby k saath time nahi spend kerraha ... Kaam mein itna kho gaya k Taani ka itna sa bhi khayal nahi aaya ...
Vandana:Rey aap meri baat sun rahay hain na ?
Rey came out from his trance and said :
Rey:Ya mom I am listening ... And I think you are right
...
Apne kaam mein itna kho gaya k Taani k saath waqt
bitaana bhool hi gaya ... But now I know that I was wrong ...
Main ab aisa kuch nahi hone doonga ... I promise mom main Taani ko khud se door nahi jaane doonga ...
Mom I'll die without her and my baby ...
(He was literally crying now and so was Vandana)
You know what ... She made my life heaven ... Jab se mujhay yeh pata chala hai k main papa banne wala hoon , I feel the most luckiest and happiest person in the world ... Ab se Taani ko woh time or woh khushiyan zaroor doonga jo woh deserve kerti hai ... I promise mom ...
They both smiled through tears and Vandana said :
Vandana:That's good ... Not go to your room and have some rest ... You must be very tired and kal se aapko ek naye (new) shuruwaat (starting) kerni hai ...
Rey simply nodded his head and said :
Rey:Ya mom ... Good night ...
Vandana:Good night beta ... Sweet dreams ...
Rey walked towards the room and slowly open the door without making any noise ... He walked towards the bed not wanting to disturb his sleeping beauty ... He changed his dress and sleep beside Taani and he wrapped his hand around her protectively ... Taani sould feel him in her deep sleep ... She smiled in her sleep ... Rey also smiled seeing her smile ...
Next morning Rey got up before Taani ... He ordered a bouquet of roses because he want to apologize in a different way ... He went to Taani and slowly kissed her forehead ... Taani slowly opened her eyes and saw Rey in front of her ... After a long time period she saw him ... She was feeling the same which she feels before her godh bharaaye ...
Rey carefully made her sit on the bed ... Before he could say anything , Taani just hugged him ... She also had tears in her eyes ... Rey also had tears in his eyes ...
Rey wanted to broke the hug but Taani was not allowing him to broke the hug ... After sometime they both broke the hug ...
