This is what I mean, Honestly Asad's a plain and simple jackass there's no changing that but Zoe allows it and that is what my problem is. Asad's words wouldn't have bothered me so much if Zoe give him some cold hard truth of her own, but she lets him walk all over her, she lets him tear her apart.

This isn't the Zoya that I started watching the show for, Zoya was supposed to be a strong girl but this isn't strength - she's showing tremendous weakness and it's pathetic. With Zoya she talks the talks and that's about it, she doesn't act it out which annoys me.

Also what kind of meaning is this show trying to put across that in love a girl should just become timid and allow the man to physically and mentally abuse you? Bloody Hell.

I would not say that Asad is playing with Zoya's emotions but definitely he is taking her for granted. There can be two ways to look at it. First Asad is shown to be a self made man, who took independent decisions all his life and fortunately for him they were successful. He has never sought opinion or thought about sharing feelings etc. Hence he does things when he wants to do like when he feels he goes to protect Zoya or stop her from leaving or care for her. But they need to stop this rudeness and random actions of love or affection. The pain Asad has seen in life shd actually turn him into sensitive of others needs rather than being coarse.

Zoya has been shown to be a friendly and jovial person, she is caring and seeks affection and security from those around her or close to her. She is shown to be an orphan so others matter more to her than self, she never got the love and security of a family perhaps thats why she takes all the rude behavior of Asad.ZOya allows Asad to do that because she craves for the love she never got. This may be the first time she is getting this kind of care. The flaw in this is that earlier Zoya was shown to be self confident and brave which the Cv's have turned into meek and desperate. Hope they dont ruin it further and give back the original Zoya.
