In that article it was written that Tanveer has been changed bcoz Nisha has beeen suffering from a stomach infection and also has to undergo an operation. She can't take a risk with her health just for shooting. She says health is more important. Plus Tanveer is being brought as a character to create a love triangle between AsYa. Rakesh Bedi is doing a cameo role. Bas, that's it. Nothing other than this.
