Hi, I am new member of this forum. First time making a post because this Rishbala vs Sulbala war is getting too much.
I am surprised to see so many people favouring Sulbala. Rishbala fans are accused of getting confused between VD the actor and RK the character. But I feel it's more in the case of Sulabala fans.
In yesterday episode, Madhu asks Sultan how he manages all relations so well. excuse me...which relations is she talking about ??? His son Aryan , whom he used as bait? The poor kid was so traumatized that he wetted his bed!!! Or Kaka , who seems to me an ex-gangster himself supporting Sultan in all his misdeeds. Or his wife , about whom we havent seen or heard anything so far. Or Madhu whom he shouted at for not shooting Bhujang...Which relation is well maintained???
Hmm.. let's see.. she said that in a context - if you take away the context then argument is not so legitimate..
What she said has its basis on a singular incident...so take the context that dialogue is justified.. but otherwise also..
1. Why Kaka is with sultan? ( Kaka's motives) - how is that question even relevant.. the only thing you can draw out with regards to your argument is.. There must be something in sultan, for Kaka to be so loyal..
2. Wife: Again, how is that even relevant.. we know whatever we had to know.. when the time is right we would know further.. that story hasn't even started and you are dragging it here
3.Haha.. Madhu shooting Bhujang episode is so blown out of proportion.. do you think sultan was in a jolly good mood and wanted to kill bhujang and he spotted MB and wondered.. Oh! Why not make a killer out of her.. shoot madhu shoot..
If you think as stated above then I have nothing to say because we are clearly not watching the same serial
4.Aryan as bait- valid point.. he did that and that's wrong.. and I have no idea what CVs wanted to show because on one hand he also said that Aryan is his life..
Making him strong- that entire perspective is clear- he is in a line where there is no guarantee on life.. so ya he wants aryan to be independent .. no strings attached and save him the troubles of heartbreaks.. which is extremely painful..but does that justify tying the kid.. NO
FYI.. if you look from unbiased persepctive, you would find a lot of weaknesses ( yes, as big as these..ones you have above) with other characters too...
When RK kidnapped Madhu, he was named Psycho...what about Sultan who kidnapped Madhu on gunpoint??? Has she forgotten that?? I feel she went more readily with Sultan (coz he threatened to kill the same 'psycho' RK) than with RK .
So, a gangster kidnaps you ( and oh wait, i don't know of anyone who would expect gangster to be courteous).. and honestly he is a stranger.. why would MB have any expectations from him.. he could be anybody..
But R.K.. the man who loves you, the man you trust, the man who matters to you.. when he treats you like nothing.. jeez, i wonder why would that hurt Madhu more 😕
Ofocurse she would go readily with sultan, he is a goon.. and he is threatening her family.. and R.K means a lot to her.. had sultan not threatened, even then she would have gone..HE is a 3rd person.. you don't take panga with strangers..
What does that tell us about Sultan - he is a don and did how he seemed to get his answers..he wasn't being a psycho..
R.K. was being a psycho going strictly by the psychology books definition ( and there have been a lot of posts on that in case you are interested)
Padmini mentioned to Sultan that Madhu is at her friend's place. Yet Sultan knew he has to drop her at RK mansion. Is he keeping tabs on her???
Did you forget the intw R.K gave that he is back with his wife and you think that would not have made it to breaking news section 😆...the entire India/ mumbai would know she is back...
when Madhu visited him yest, he was polishing his guns. Is this a normal day to day sight for Madhu?? She comes from a locality where her family and neighbors are hard-working people..isn't she affected at all by the guns and killings???
You know perceptions are a very strong tool.
We judge people all the time.. basis a lot of things.. what they wear, what they do, how they talk etc etc..and perceptions are formed..
When something happens that is contrary to that perception good or bad.. gets exponentially exemplified..
MB or audience or everyone else started with a bad perception - you know he is a don.. so you kind of take it for granted that he wont respect human life or won't have much morality...and your mind makes peace with that.. now the moment this person shows even slightest of the morality act.. it will get exemplified.. and here sultan has shown many..
Am i saying he is goody two shoes.. NAH.. he has his own weaknesses .. but he is not out an out a negative character as you make him out to be..
We see Aryan studying but does he even go to school?? Is his childhood normal??

On the other hand, RK ( bef cvs spoilt his character recently) , till the revenge track has always been a gentleman in the bedroom...never taken advantage of Madhu. Has always shown respect to madhu's parents. Once his misunderstanding with his own mom was cleared up...we have seen a healthy mum-son relation. He allows sikky and Dips to stay in his house only because of his mum. I am not justifying all that he has done wrong but he seems to be a guy who can go to any lengths in hatred and equally in love .
Correct. R.K again as a character has a lot of positives and a lot of negatives
VD, DD and AR all are doing fabulous work and total justice to their characters but sorry Sultan track is hard to accept and digest,
Honestly, the track hasn't even started and people are jumping the gun.
PS. Only my POV...only healthy discussion welcome...no bashing please.
I like sultan but am I a sulbala fan.. not in the least unless CVs are planning a double role of madhubala. Rishbala is thr to stay and everyone knows that...and sulbala is non existent..
neither has sultan done anything till now that screams.. "I am madly deeply in love with you".. nor has Madhu...
Ups and downs have been coming through.. maybe what is more frustrating is seeing a character we love (R.K) doing things that we wouldn't probably want to see him do..
But bashing sultan for no rime or reason .. just to convince ourselves of rishbala is not very clever.. we end up giving more importance to a non existent relationship..
Jaise R.K is adamant on bringing them closer .. 😆🤣
