Can anybody tell me please

I couldn't watch episodes for around 1 month, I watched until madhu and that child become friends etc. I watched today's episode and she was in RK' house. How come? He left her, both were hating each other then suddenly what happened that madhu came back. Please tell me.

RK became jealous of seeing Madhu and sultan together. He is now sorry and wants another chance so he forcefully takes Madhu to his house. And after many arguements and drama Madhu has decided to give RK another chance

a new character enters the show as the father of the child. He saves both of them and take them to their house. Meanwhile RK is worried about Madhu's missing.The kid whom Madhubala was trying to save from that unknown person comes out to be the kids' father named Sultan. On the other hand, RK tries his level best to find Madhubala. He tells the cops to find Madhubala as soon as possible. Sultan drops Madhubala outside her house. She watches RK waiting for him there. RK and others who were worried the whole time for her ask her questions about her whereabouts the previous night. She answers everyone, but not RK. She says that there is nothing between them and a furious RK goes back home. When deepali asks about RK's whereabouts, RK in an angry mood goes in. Radha stops DEEPALI. RK thinks about the eyes he seen behind the glass of the car which he saw dropping Madhu. Irritated RK goes to sleep and has a nightmare in which he finds Madhu standing before him and the cat-eyed man behind RK. Madhu walks forward and Rk says, "No Madhu!! Don't go!!" and th ecat-eyed man stabs Rk with his knife and RK wakes up and injures his hand with the bottle in his hand in sleep. Deepali enters his room and sees him stressed tends to him and tries to console him by hugging him forcefully when he says "if he takes her how will i live" (WITHOUT KNOWING THAT IT WAS Deepali) RK hugs Deepali which was witnessed by Sikki. At night Sikki blackmails Deepali that if she dont get him a role in the film he would tell everything to Radha. On holi, RK says that he wants to be the first one to put colour on Madhu but when he reaches to Chawl, Sultan accidentally puts colour on Madhu, making RK jealous and furious. This leads Rk declaring Madhu, that only he has the right to put colour on her first because she is his wife. As Madhu gets lost in RK's eyes, she notices some goons entering Chawl and looking to kill Sultan. She gets flustered and runs to Sultan to cover his face with colour so goons cannot identify him. This shocks RK and he furiously leaves for home. At home, Radha asks RK 'what happened?' and RK replies that her favourite simple daughter in law is happily putting colour on other men. Radha asks why does it matter to him and he says that he doesn't know but he knows that only he has the right to put colour on her first.He says that when he is will get the answer then he will tell her . He finds out that he has fallen in love with her again and makes her stay at his house and won't let any of the servants open the door. (He calls her "his biwi") She tried to leave but RK said if she left he would cut his wrist. Madhu decides to stay back. That night when she fell asleep RK put her head on his arm. The next morning when Madhu was awaken by her mobile's ringtone she found that her hand hand was tied to Rk's hand by handcuffs. She started fuming and RK said that if she says why did Sultan and Madhu play holi then he would release her. She answers and then Rk ties her to the bed and says that she can't take any risk when its the case of Madhu. After bathing he opens her and asks to make kheer and she denies but after a while she starts to make the kheer. In the kitchen Dips starts to irritate her and Madhu asks Deepali to complete the kheer. RK while tasting the kheer tells that it is not made by Madhu but by Deepali in a such a bad way that he is not consumable. RK and Madhu travelling in a car to the sets when RK stops the car and performs hawa hawai on the road. After that he asks Madhu that why cant she forgive him. Madhu shouts "RK" when she sees Sultan standing in front of the car. Sultan asks Madhu whether she is okay. Madhu says she is fine and asks him to put down his gun. RK tells Sultan that he will undrstand his situation when someone will come between him and his wife to which Sultan replies that if Madhu would have been his wife then there would have been no necessity for someone to come in between them. they move away. On the sets Madhu calls Sultan and shouts at him and says that if his wife is no more then what is her fault? Sultan cuts the phone and Madhu realises her mistake. She calls repeatedly but Sultan doesn't answer. Rk tells Bittuji and Madhu about a story he thought for a film named Hum hai deewane. He shows 3 mannequins dressed like Rk, Madhu and Sultan to be the Hero, Heroine and Villan of the film. He asks Madhu that whom she loves hero or villain.
