WELCOME! This is the officical headquarters of The Mavericks, according to BOTH Task Three.

We are a weeny teeny bit late but let me first introduce ourselves!

Shellz(uvcraziestfan)-Our sweet Leader, she is very busy with exams these days. We wish you all the best dear!

Nutzz(Dikte)-Our fan-fic writer she's back after a long absence due to exams.

Tejas(albusdumbledore)-Our encyclopaedia was for the longer course of BOTH, "Missing In Inaction", but we hope that he gets his memory back!

OK I know that you must be wondering about the queer topic. Let me clear your doubts!

All of you who've read Half-Blood Prince must remember when Harry, Malfoy and Dean are with Slughorn when the others have gone to do their Apparation test and Slughorn tells them to make something funny. Harry ,o course!, is the winner and his turnout was The Exlir To Induce Euphoria. We have borrowed the name and dedicated our headquarters to all the AMUSING characters of Harry Potter!!! So, this is the place for humour, jokes and fun!!

We've got a whole host of competitions ready for you so take part! And do be active in all the discussions that go on!

Fred & George Weasley

The Weasley twins are the top mischief-makers at Hogwarts! They have a never-ending series of escapades!!! They are what keep the Harry Potter books alive with laughter!!!!

Ron Weasley

The only one of the golden trio, we've included him due to his many amusing comments! Totally insecure about his feelings, Ron has the knack of winding amusing tales without knowing it!!!

Lee Jordan

The twins best friend Lee is their helper in mischief making! He comments at Quidditch matches and manages to keep up a healthy level of insanity!

Peeves

The Hogwarts poltgerist, Peeves is the official troublemaker of the castle! Though usually a hindrace Peeves turns out to be surprisingly helpful at times!!!

Luna Lovegood

Sweet Luna! Don't dare to call her Loony in here! She is specially Nutzz favourite character! With an uncanny ability of telling the exact truth about people, Luna is the rare personality who is both amusing and quirky without her knowledge!

I was feeling bored one day. Had just watched Sleeping Beauty and was thinking up a desi version. So got to writing this fan-fic. It's pretty crappy but thought f postig ot here. I'm still writing it and it will be around five chappies. The special thing bout it is that u can contriute-I'll tell u how later!!!!

HARRY POTTER AND THE SLEEPING BEAUTY

(Sry for da crappy title-I cudnt think of anything else-give me some suggestions!)

CHAPTER ONE- Old Friends

"Urrrrrrghhh......" Ron Weasley muttered as he yawned loudly. "I wish Voldy was back! He'd give something for us to do. I feel so bored!"

"RON!" It was Hermione-repoachful! "How could you say so?"

"Because I can!" Ron was suddenly alert and snappy! " I'm tired of your goody-goody banter, Hermione, dish it! Can't you find something better than bugging me? You are such a..."

"I sometimes wish there was more action too..." Harry Potter interrupted, laying down the magazine he was reading.

"Hmmmph! You and Ron!" Hermiones voice was shrill. "You two.."

"Ohh...Hermione," Harry sighed. "What's up with you these days? You are so itchy and snappy."

"Yes,I'm itchy, I'm snappy, I'm...."

"Hey-what's this?" Ron jumped up and grabbed the Harry's magazine, totally ignoring Hermione, whose eyes were filing up with tears.

"Sleeping Beauty-Fantasy, Legend or TRUTH?"

"That's The Quibbler, mate." Harry looked relived at the interruption.

"But I must say it's a pretty interesting story. Pity it's a bluff, or we could havehad some fun!"

"Whasitbout?"Hermione seemed reluctant to join in the chabge of conversation, but even more reluctant to be left out.

"A Indian princess who has been under a sleeping spell for a thousand years. According to it, it's time to wake the princess up." Harry said, looking over Ron's shoulder.

"Ah, The Castle of IF?" Hermione seemed extremly interested.

"Huh? Has Loony been telling you what she's putting in?"

"May i remind you that her name is Luna, Won Won."
Hermione smirked. "And it's a very famous tale, I think it's true."

"What?" Harry raised his eyebrows in astonishment. What could have come over the 100% practical Hermione?

"It's a special study in The Ministry Of Magic." Hermione said. "It's a sub-project of our department and Neville, Ginny and oh... Malfoy are working in it. The Quibbler sems to have a very reliable source."

"That's me!" a chirpy voice piped in.

"Luna?" Harry looked pleased, Ron bemused as Luna Lovegood walked into the sitting room of The Burrow.

"Hi guys! Is Ginny in? Yes Harry, I got all that information from Ginny. I also did some researching on my own and got an original copy of the story. I came to give it to Ginny. We were planning to go to India by next week and with this new finding, I think we can make it quicker!"

"Wow!" Ron looked even more bemused and amused at Luna's brisk tone. "Care if we join?"

"I'd like you three to be there. You specially Ronald will be a great help if those Nuggle Brained Blackbirds turn up."

"Excuse me Luna, but could I see that parchment you have?" Hermione asked, sending out a warning glare at Ron who seemed highly elated.

"Of course!" Luna said easily, handing it over to Hermione. "It's in Ancient Runes, but I think you'll be able to read it."

"Wassit?" Ron leaned over Hermione's shoulder and she jumped. "Can't understand a word of the jumble!"

"Read it out aloud, Hermione."Harry was curious too.

"Very well." Hermione was submisive as she settled down in the huge armchair and began reading from the old, wrinkled parchment...

Chappie Two is a desi version of Sleeping Beauty-of course I'll make a whole lot of alterations to make it interesting!!!! Where I want your help is the characters!!!!

As its a desi version I'm going to put all of YOU GUYS IN-naem and all!!! And I want suggestions of who shall be who-no escape!!

OK! The Princess is Shellz! I want ppl for the parts of king, queen, fairies(4),cook, maid(2), footboys(4)!!!! We have a huge space in male characters so it's ok if girls are put for those characters too! Btw Tejas bro is not king-he's Court Jester!!!!!

Nutzz is good fairy(12th fairy!) and I've got a pretty good idea who I'll put for wicked(13th) fairy!!!!!! 😉😉
