He straightened himself and got down on one knee, his eyes spotted something she saw a red box through her blurred vision and suddenly he grabbed her hand slipping on a ring, she felt ecstatic the crowd clapped and she looked at him.. There was something about the way he looked at her his eyes were full of love. "Is this really the same man that sent you packing 2 hours ago Zoya?" A voice in her head whispered. He pulled her close putting his hand on top of hers and caressing it, something inside ignited she slowly lifted her hand up placing it on his and their eyes locked as if it was only them and no one else.
The crowd soon went quiet and they broke out of their trance looking around, "Miss Farooqui.." Zoya suddenly felt a feeling of rage, god help this man he did this just to stop me tears threatened to spill "So this wasn't genuine right, proposing to me in front of the whole world just so I could stay back you will probably say something like Ammi asked me to bla bla, Mr Khan you are the most emotionally challenged person I've come across I don't want to be here." She grabbed her suitcase and walked away when he suddenly grabbed her. "No please Ms Farooqui, I'm sorry about earlier I reacted badly I know but that's who I am" she turned around and laughed "Ofcourse that's who you are, your a volcano ready to erupt whenever I make a mistake." A tear slid down her cheek, turning back when she felt his hand on hers "Please Zoya, don't go.. Won't you stay back?" Those words stung her "No". He stepped forwards "Stay for me please Zoya"
