The new Vampire Diaries baddie has remained faceless so far, taking on the appearance of whoever he wants as he meanders around town tormenting people.
But now The CW has confirmed that Atlanta-based actor Scott Parks (Raymond Scott Parks on IMDb) has been cast in the pivotal role.
Not much is known about Parks, who most recently played an agent on Homeland. It's safe to say that joining The Vampire Diaries will boost the actor's visibility by...a lot.
