I think it's real...CVs way of planting seed of doubt and suspicion on Aarti and now Ishita will start targetting Aarti to seek revenge for the thappad!!!!! So Aayu will be safe!!!!

I felt it was real but za pro put me to doubt😕 but i hope it was real because that slap from aarti was so good for ishita
