Guys chillax 😆 sultan's wife died almost 5 years ago.. Remember Aryan has been brought up widout his mom (that's why he's so clingy towards Madhu)!! 😕 Maybe she was pregnant wid Aryan but he was saved!! Or she died soon after Aryan's birth!! Which mom would be so careless to not vaccinate their baby for polio vaccine these days.. And since Sultan was a new dad its quite expected of him to not know bout vaccine!! His wife died in a car accident for which Sultan holds himself responsible.. Yupp he's got some hidden anger for himself.. It was all Sultan's fault.. The car accident which killed his wife 😭 And to solve your next query.. Wats his last name? He doesn't even know that himself... His father never gave him a name.. don't think RK has anything to do with the wife; but the fact that they still haven't done Sultan's big reveal to RK leaves a lot of space for doubt.

ya rk may not be related to that village nd his wife but cv's are not letting rk to know anything about this sultan bhai yar !!!!!!!! god knows what is going on cv's mind when the big revealetion is still left to show to rk !!!!!!!!😕
