CV's I am sure you all must be sick and tired with all our demands and its not humanly possible to satisfy every one but still nevertheless I am putting my 2 cents down.
The whole forum is ecstatic with the recent development about Asad's filmy proposal and engagement and I am happy too but for me it came a little too soon. I wanted the phase of doubt and question to prolong a little further before this happened. I wante dto see the attraction phase much longer before this happened. I always enjoy the journey TO love more than the "Love" phase itself.
But since its happened, its happened and we will have to move on. But please these are some requests I want to put forward to you.
I don't want Asad to be a love sick puppy going all mushyrunning around Zoya henceforth. I liked his 'akdu' nature and I want him to retain that. His romance should also be in that 'akdu' style with reserve, seriousness and flair! In short I want Mr. Darcy in him. 😃 Weird request, I know! But I want him to retain his "ASAD" trait all the way even when he is romancing. The longing should be there in his eyes, his gestures, his looks, his trace of smile in his eyes and lips, across the living room through the window, in the fleeting touches...in short I don't want a hormone driven desperate Asad! For now I want you all to take it slow, PLEASE! I know maybe half the forum are screaming a loud "NO" at this but this is my wish.
I also want to see the reason for transformation in Asad from today's episode to Monday's, I want to see the cause behind it. I know Ayaan will tell him about Zoya's innocence, maybe Dilshad, maybe even Rashid but I want the longing for Zoya to come from Asad himself, the desperation to bring her back, the realization that Zoya did it all for him and no one else, her every breath is for him and most important of all he can't live without Zoya...I want him to realize all that by himself! Other people can be catalysts but he has to come forth with all that outcome.
I want Zoya to retain her carefree attitude as well. I want her to barge in to Asad's room demanding explanations like she has done all along. To put him back in his place whenever the opportunity arises. She shouldn't be submissive to his demands and requests just like that. I want to see that bubbly, jovial, chirpy Zoya but with a little more maturity. Bottomline I don;t want a Balaji type lead pair where the male lead is treated like a doormat and the female lead is 'avatar' of 'Chandi' and always right, please keep a balance.
I wanted to Zoya her realize her feelings for Asad before this engagement happened. It was necessary for her character's growth and also for their love story. So please take your time in making her realize what 'Mr. Khan' means to her and when he will become 'Asad' in her subconscious mind just like she has become 'Zoya' to Asad in time of need, stress, tension, desperation and emergency. This realization would and should be a wonderful experience not only to her but to us, the audience as well. So CV's please keep this mind.
I want to see her ask herself why does it pain so much when Asad ignores her, why does it hurt so much when he misunderstands and shouts at her, why does she feel good doing something for him, why does she want him to care for her, why does she want his attention...these questions will not only shake her up but the cause will dawn on her as well. This will be a step of maturity in her character and in their relationship as well.
And today Badi B told in plain words to think and that is exactly what I want Zoya to do, put on her thinking caps and eliminate the impossible and take what is remaining no matter how unthinkable it seems. Zoya its high time you add 2 & 2 together about Tanveer and think about all those instances where only you and she were there and you got the blame.
Can we have a situation where after the airport scene once things become normal and Asad realizes what he did publicly and as usual he goes back to his shell and simply tells Zoya that I did this so that you can stay back in India. Its all a facade! That way the current phase can go on and yet we can get romantic situations galore.
And then Zoya comes and questions his motive and intention like we saw in SBB 2 days back showing the ring and asking 'yeh ring, iska kya matlab hai?'. I would love to see Asad mumble and fumble looking for an answer. I am sure after coming back from airport this is what he will tell Dilshad and Najma that he did all this so that Zoya can stay back as she wanted so.
I want a situation where Asad in one of their night conversation on the bench asking Zoya why does she want to stay back? That intense look of his and Zoya's confused look back at him. And then a self appraisal of Zoya asking herself why she wants to stay back, what is the reason behind her wanting so, and she will stay back as what? She can't expect to be a guest in Khan residence for the rest of her life, then what will she do and what will be her future...all this self revelation will be good for her realization of her feelings for Asad as well. Please CV's give this deep insight in Zoya, if not now in near future at least.
Can we get some scenarios where they have to act like a proper engaged couple in front of society, not like they were doing in front of Mr. Dhurander but a like a proper normal engaged couple? Initially they will start as acting but slowly when the acting stops and the reality of their feelings comes forward they themselves won't realize and later on will grasp what happened.
I want to see a craving where they want to be in each other's company and just on the pretense of drinking water or eating one goes and the other follows. Or simply standing next to each other on purpose in the family room or kitchen yet not wanting to be conspicuous.
Can we have a scene where Zoya being Zoya without thinking offers him something to eat that she was eating and Asad deliberately will eat it and then Zoya realize that he ate her food from her plate with her spoon from her hand and slowly will start to blush and falter. It can be ice cream, cake food whatever! And then slowly Asad wiping the food from the corner of her mouth. Very slowly and lingeringly giveing Zoya and us the goosebumps. Please CV's.
Asad trying to offer a ride to Zoya in front of the family very casually again trying not to act so obvious and yet insisting firmly for her to accompany him. And later they have a ride where both wants to say a lot and yet at a loss of words, Both a little awkward.
Zoya handing him a glass of water or plate or vice-versa and those fleeting touches making an impact on both of them. A lingering for a second tad long and then slowly moving away! I know I am pathetically romantic!
And not to mention those eye conversations, eye contacts and looks that will speak volumes.
And as far as the story goes, I want them to find and expose Tanveer together, this time Zoya should connect the dots and I want to see Asad after the initial shock paying heed to her. In fact I want to see them set up a trap together for Tanveer.
Later they can find the truth about her dad as well. But these are in the long run but for the time being I want the relationship of Asad and Zoya to go slow with longing, awareness, confusion, tension, crackling chemistry, romance intense and deep! I know its a long list but then again its me! I am not easily satisfied! So CV's please make my list come true!
