Maybe tye CVs are trying to give us a hint about Sultan's exit from the show? That he'll be killed off in the show, not move out of Mumbai or something. This ties in with Sultan asking Madhu to take care of Aryan

haven't watched todays episode yet but don't think RK can kill someone where on the other hand we have seen Sultan killing others and pointing gun at RK. RK doesn't know who Sultan really is.he is insecure and doubt Madhu.
Madhu doesn't have to protect Sultan,she more has to heal RKs heart and make him trust in her.
