She loves RK and i think that her conversation with Bittoji got to her and then RK telling her it was a mistake and to come back to him and his jealousy and junoon from the past few episodes all factor in for her decision to stay and to give it another chance.

Madhubala soon gonna have a conversation with Sultan were Madhubala will tell him in anger to not interfere between RK and HER. she isnt going to leave Rk but after she talks like that to sultan she feels bad then she says sorry to sultan. but this line maybe give a big effects on sultan to not interfere between RISHBALA. sooo as we have seen the new promo , Madhubala is gonna fight against everyone but wont leave RK , cause he loves her but his ego doesnt let him to accept it.

GUYS trust meee this track is start of Rishbala love , a second chance at the end of this track when Madhubala will leave RK , he will leave his ego forever and accept her as his wife , and gonna accept it that he loves Madhubala. this is not madness what will you do if you see someone else together with your Girlfriend Or Boyfriend? you will offcourse react like RK did but you wouldnt pick up your grilfriend cause everyone cant be RK LOL 😆 MY RK IS THE BEST :D!!!
