Whatever she's really like as a person, I like the kind of movies she does. Her plastic surgeries and affairs apart, her roles can be as small as the one in Kaminey but she manages to make the impact.

Didn't like her song In My City but I have to say that she's put herself in the right hands and being associated with football will definitely help her get recognition globally.

She tries new things and experiments with her work. Not a lot of women in this industry have the courage to do that.

It was always confirmed...I think she shot it down in the very beginning when nothing was confirmed. Here this article is from 2-3 daus back, saying she is starting training:

Priyanka begins training for Mary Kom biopic

The very moment director Omung Kumar announced his biopic film on the award winning pugilist Mary Kom, the news spread like wild fire. After scouting for the right actress, they finally zeroed down on Priyanka Chopra to play the part. Since the major task of finding the heroine had been taken care of, the film's makers are now leaving no stone unturned to make the film look as genuine as possible.

News is that Sameer Johal (who is also the trainer for Farhan Akhtar in the upcoming Bhaag Milkha Bhaag) has already started to train Priyanka for this film. If that wasn't enough, the makers have even got Rob Miller (Chak De! India's sports action director) to train Priyanka in the ring sequences.

^^Thanks. This is great news. Her movies choices as of late have been rather unimpressive so it's good to know she's doing a movie where she's the main focus. Finally something to look forward to.
