I think you saw a similarity in their face shape! Well, before Hilary Duff got very skinny! But that's about it for me, I only see the face shape resemblance!

Actually I find her face structure and sometimes when she smiles she does resemble Hilary Duff.. Obviously Hilary Duff looks different now but I think I see what you mean because I used to watch Lizzie McGuire when I was young and that time when Hilary used to smile , her facial structure, and her haircut(not color) , was very similar to Surbhi...
