PART 33

Two weeks have passed and their exams were to start in ten days. In these two weeks, geet had tried her best to forget that day's incident but it was engraved in her grey cells. One thing she had realized, he had made his own very special place in her heart, the place of guardian and angel is still there, but she isn't sure was that a momentary situation or some deep feel.

But then exams were more important, so she tried to shift her mind back to the object of major attention that is her studies. She had already started her studies with rohan helping him in maths and other subjects too as much she can in the limited period. Sometimes even meera and entire group would join too for combined studies, which surely rohan hated but he didn't had much say in it as they were her friends and she would surely refuse to teach him instead of asking his friends to go.

Due to exam, the school had given them ten days pre-exam preparation leaves and today was the first day and geet had asked all to meet at 6 on school terrace for combined studies. Meera and geet were all ready and woke up on time but it took half hour of meera continuously calling yash to break his sleep and pari, well that cunning girl switched off her cell and was sleeping comfortably in her fluffy blanket to not destroy her beauty sleep. Misha was out of question as it's her gym time and she in no way gonna miss her routine so she will join then in an hour.

Meera and geet reached terrace only to find rohan sleeping on terrace. Geet had to really roll her eyes at that while meera was shocked with that, how come college authorities didn't found that he was within the premises whole night.

They moved to him and geet called him by his name to wake him up. She called him two times, but he didn't hear once. Meera shook her head with that and said, "is that a way to wake someone up, usko push karo, then he will get up for sure or pull off his blanket".

Geet didn't want to do that, so again tried by calling his name. "uff you move, I will wake him up" saying so she moved geet away and then bending down a little she moved near his ears and screamed almost tearing his eardrums.

Rohan stood up startled as he looked here and there trying to understand what happened and then his eyes fell on who was laughing her ass off and the geet who was trying hard to control her smile but still it kept lingering on the corner of her lips.

He looked angrily at meera and stood up throwing his blanket in the corner, "I won't leave you meera today" he said gritting his teeth, god he was really frustrated, this girl would always make fun of him in front of geet in one way or the other and he would have to be embarrassed, but today had been a limit, how dare she scare rohan nanda.

"yeah yeah I am so scared rohan sir, please please don't hurt me" said meera laughing out again as she sat down on the chairs placed in the corner holding her tummy which started aching as she remembered that scared face of rohan.

"huh, we will see who will be scared", he said gritting his teeth as he turned to geet and wished her good morning. She wished back and then asked the question that was hitting her too much since she came here, "how come you are sleeping here???" she asked confused. "oh this, actually you had said to get ready by 6 in morning and since I can't wake up early, I sneaked inside the building and slept on the terrace itself so that you all wake me up when you are ready' nice idea na as it saves time" he said grinning foolishly as he moved his hand in his hairs.

Meera who had finally controlled herself laughed out again hearing his explanation, god did he really said that. Geet too started laughing as she couldn't control again. Rohan saw geet laughing hysterically and wondered how beautiful she looks like this' just like an angel' her eyes closed tightly as she laughed holding her stomach, her pink lips wide open.

He was brought out of his thoughts when he heard yash's voice from back, "what's the joke guys, someone tell me too" yash came yawning badly, his hairs all scattered over his face, totally saying he had just come out of the bed and straight came here. He reached geet when his eyes fell on the lying blanket in the corner. He looked at puzzled and then at them for explanation. "you know rohan slept last night on terrace itself to save himself form the stress of getting up early and come here in the morning" said meera making fun of rohan but his words gave the opposite reaction she expected.

"oh really!! Nice idea bro, really amazing. When you will come today to sleep here pick me up too, this early morning getting up is really a poor idea" yash said genuinely patting back of rohan as if he did a really talented job. "finally someone understood my pain" rohan said as he side hugged yash.

Finally after a little nok-jhok they started their serious studies. The school terrace was filled with few chairs and tables as many students loved the atmosphere there early morning and preferred studying there.

Geet explained rohan few basic concepts of integration and asked him to solve the basic exercise. Rohan tried to do but well he failed as always. Geet again tried to explain him but none get into his mind. "gosh rohan you are really too much, I had explained the same thing to you twice and still you didn't understood this basic formulas."

"geet yaar did you see the way they had made this question, it's really going over my head. Could we switch over to other chapters please". "rohan this covers the maximum marks, how could you even think to let it go, lets try it again but this time it would be the last one. I have my own studies too, I can't spend full time on these questions only" she said making a frustrated face. She really curses the day she agreed to teach this duffer, god it was the worst decision she ever made.

She moved a little closer so that she could look into the book and then taking his notebook, she again explained him how to solve the problem. She was writing and didn't noticed that rohan's full focus on her, her flowing hair, those fair eyes that were so concentrating in the book and her sleek fingers which were holding the pen.

"you are beautiful, he whispered lost in her. geet looked up from the books at him and asked, "did you said something" she asked as she looked at him puzzled, bringing him back on earth."ummm, oh nho no nothing" he said coughing, distracting her and then looking back into what she was doing.

She again started solving the question looking back in the book, while rohan too concentrated on the question this time, not wanting to angry her again.

Finally the exams started, keeping her fully busy. Maan would call her daily in the morning and after her exam assuring her and motivating her. he never missed a single call however busy he may be, not wanting to anger her again.

It was the last exam of maths and geet was quiet confident about it. Due to teaching rohan, her own topics got clearer thus making her more confident. As the students came out of the class after exam, rohan firstly went to geet. "how was your paper" she asked with a smile. "you had taught me,it had to be good. I won't promise you full marks but am sure atleast 60% I will achieve for sure" he said in confidence making her smile.

"ok best of luck then" she said as she moved to go back to hostel but was stopped by rohan who blocked her way keeping his hand in between. "I will be more lucky if I get your friendship geet' rohan said giving a cheeky smile to geet. "how cheesy" she said shaking her head.

"umm, comeon geet, can't we be friends atleast now. we had spent so much time together studying, don't you feel I am too bad for being a friend too." he said pouting. Geet didn't knew what to say, well he wasn't that bad as she had thought about him on the first day, and well it's just friendship no such big deal.

"please", he said really pleading, "ok" geet replied a moment of thought. "so friends" "friends" she said as they shake their hands.
