Who's the new guy in the promo?

The latest promo focus on this old guy talking to someone hidden from Gauri. This guy seems to be in on the plan, infact has a big hand in it.

Do u think he's part of the Tandon family mentioned in one of the articles on KAA? Remember, it talked about how Gauri would have to deal with three families, The Kapoors, her own and the Tandons.

Wonder how the last one fits in.

Any thoughts?
