😃 OK guys so I'm back with a story aftr god alone knows how long :/ its on the current track hope you guys like it and please do feel free to comment/like thank you in advance for reading 😳
On the way to the Police Station:
Jeevika kept thinking about the night Viren got the phone call from Sumbhav asking him to look after Riya while he was gone. She remembered the scene vividly as Riya fell off the cliff and Viren was holding her hand. She remembered when Manvi took her back to the cliff, she pictured the platform and kept looking at Riya's chain. " How could it possible?" she asked herself confused.
As she stepped in the station she saw her Virenji, her life, her love, her God in a horrible state, how was she to gather the courage to tell him that everyone in the house suspects he had an affair. Jeevika was broken but she had to be strong for him and prove him innocent. Approaching the cell where is sat in disbelief she mustered up the tears and faced him.
"Virenji..." she said in a soft broken voice, startled by her voice he got up and swiftly walked to barriers to meet her. With tears he looked at her "Jeevika... how are you?" he asked her in a sadden tone trying to be strong, he was happy to see her but was sadden by the fact that because of him she had to visit such a horrible place and that she was so close to him yet so far, he just wanted to hug her and reassure her that loves her so much. Jeevika can't hold it anymore broke down see Viren like this. "I'm ok Virenji don't worry i trust you and i know you're innocent and i prove it" she cried out holding on to his hands. Viren knew he wasn't innocent but yet still just to get her to stop crying he agreed with her. " Virenji you haven't eaten na? Look i bought your favorite foods" she told him with a concerned smile on her face. He looked at her and agreed to eat.
While feeding each other Jeevika decided to tell him what she saw. "Virenji i have something to show you" she told him as she took the chain out the bag. "Jeevika where did you get this? This is Riya's chain na?" he asked her shockingly. "Ji Virenji, i found it at the cliff when both Manvi and I went back earlier on today." she told him. "virenji, do you know that at the cliff where Riya fell off had a platform just a few meters down thats caved in?" Viren looked at her confused "what are you trying to say Jeevika? Didn't they find her body?" he asked her. "We don't know, but you're a lawyer think about it Virenji, all of a sudden Riya ran out by the cliff and it seemed that you pushed her off but think about it how did the police reach there so fast in less than 5 mins of the accident? Then there was a platform few meters down the cliff and her chain remained there, plus i went to see Sumbhav today and do you know he is shifting back to the US and less than 2 days he packed everything of Riya's alone and stored them? You think of it Virenji, don't you think that this looks like a well thought out accident?" she tried to make him understand. Viren shocked yet confused didn't know what to say...
Later on that day when Jeevika returned home Manvi came in her room with dinner. "Di, you haven't eaten anything the entire day please eat something" she said in concern seeing her Di's condition. Jeevika fuming with anger, to see Manvi there in front of her, after all she had said about her Husband and suspected him and encouraged the entire family to suspect him to she just answered roughly "I'm not hungry Manvi" Manvi with tears in her eyes "Di, please don't do me this i can bare anything but I can't bare your anger Di, please" Jeevika angrily now "MAnvi please stop your emotional blackmail!, i said i am not hungry . and please try and refrain from entering my room! I will not tolerate anyone who suspects my husband and have i'll thinking about him!" Jeevika said glaring at Manvi "Just get out my room and leave me alone!" she shouted at her. MAnvi heart broken and sadden left the food and ran out the room. "Shaym please take this food back to the kitchen" jeevika ordered the servant.
Thinking the entire night about the entire situation, unable to sleep, Jeevika told her self if nobody is ready to believe me nor my husband i will solve this case myself. " Virenji i will prove you innocent by the hook or the crook, Nobody believes us but I will forever stand by your side even if God came himself and told me you are wrong i won't believe him i rather die than suspect or hold such thoughts about Virenji"she sobbed as she sat by the window looking at the moon.
Next morning she headed out early after receiving a phone call without informing anyone. Virat went to her room to carry breakfast for her but he walked in to and empty room. "Ma, Buam Babhi is not in her room" he told them at the table, everyone was worried "Virat what you mean she is not there?" Bua exclaimed. Dadaji asked Virat to call and see where she is, he tried several time but Jeevika didnt answer till he tried one more time and this time Jeevika switched off her phone. "Dadaji Babhi's phone is switched off" he told them now everyone began to worry now.
At an mansion Jeevika pulled up. "I'm here to see Mr.Anwar" she told the security as they let her in. "Babhiji how are you?" a very manly pleasant voiced asked her, He was Anwar one of Viren's very close childhood friend, well they were more like brothers. Anwar was also and Lawyer and he was an Lawyer all thank to Viren who always pulled through in life till he could of stand on his own feet. Anwar worked abroad but when he got the news about Viren he flew down to help him. He rang jeevika and told her he was coming to meet her and the family but she refused and said she will come him at his home.
"i'm ok Anwarji" she said disheartened. As they sat and talked she explained the entire scenario to him with tears uncontrollably flowing. "Anwarji everyone is ready to believe me nor Virenji i have no one to help me as they all suspect him" she cried out. Anwar unable to see her in such a state consoled her "Don't worry Babhi i believe you and Viren, Viren can never do something life that, Don't worry i'll support you both and I will fight this case for you and help you out" he said firm and positive and determined. Jeevika was happy to hear this and she felt a ray of hope as someone was ready to stand by both she and Viren.
It was after 8 in the night everyone at home still worried about Jeevika as she had gone missing the entire day and her phone was switched off made them worry even more. Virat tries to call again just when she waled in. Everyone got up and rushed to her "Jeevika where have you been we have been worried about and why was your phone off?' the bombarded her with questions. She just stood there with no response when she saw dadaji, and Chachu was discussing the case. Jeevika walked up to them with folded palms " Dadaji, Chachu forgive me but you guys dont need to take up this case anymore" she said as politely as possible. Everyone confused, Dadaji asked her why? " because i don't want anyone who suspects my husbands character and believes that he is a murderer and who is not willing to believe me nor my husband to interfere with this case" she said leaving everyone shocked especially Manvi, Virat and Dadaji, "thank you but I have already got someone to fight this case for me" she said leaving without looking at anyone. Everyone was shocked at her behavior.
Next day as the case began there has been a tug of war with evidence as they all lead to Viren being Guilty and arguments between the lawyers. Jeevika disheartened walked up to Viren and hugged him as the case has been adjourned till a next date. That bitter sweet moment broke both Viren and Jeevika even more but determined the Trio was (Viren Jeevika Anwar) they wasn;t ready to give up. The next day Jeevika stood infront of the mandir asking God to help her in this battle and her prove her husband innocent. Anwar and Jeevika went to Sumbhav's home to investigate to see if they can pick up any evidence there, little did they know what they were going to find.
On day 2 of the trial as they bought Viren to the stand Jeevika had courage in her eyes assuring him to be strong. "Your honour you gave me till today to gather sufficient evidence and thats what i just did" Anwar spoke in extra confidence, as teh apposing side looked on and Sumbhav sat on the bench looking on. "Your honor what I'm going to show you and tell you didn't only Confused both Mrs. Verdira and myself but it will shock you all and confuse you all to." Anwar said as he handed a pendrive to the judge. "You honor, Viren is this Riya?" as he showed her picture on on a screen and Viren nodded in approval. " Or is this Riya?" as he showed a different picture, Sumbhav was shocked and nevrous now after seeing the next picture. Viren confused now " No the first one" he said. "Your Honor as Viren said the first picture was Riya, now if thats Riya then who is this? I'll tell you" Anwar said " Roshni Malotra, age 24, born and grown up in Kolkata, occupation Escort." Anwar revealed as he swtiched the photos back and handed the judge the profile of roshni. "Your honor the woman that fell off the cliff is not Riya but Ms.Roshni Malotra" Anwar exclaimed shocking everyone especially Sumbhav who didnt know what to do know.
Switching the photos to next lady "Your honor this is Riya, Mr.Sumbhav's real and legal wife as he turened and looked at Sumbhav. Viren was in a state of shock that Sumbhav would do such a thing to him. "I'm a right Mr.Sumbhav, this is your REAL DEAD wife right" as he exclaimed again shocking everyone handing the portfolio of riya to the judge. "Mr. Anwar is right from these records Mrs Riya have passed away almost 2 years now and she is the real wife of Mr.Sumbhav" the judge pronounced. Viren now in disbelief and fuming with anger just wanted to get down the stand and beat Sumbhav up. "Your honor its not done there as yet" Anwar said in a sacrastic tone as he played a video recording Roshni and Sumbhav after the accident. "Your honor this is the same girl na! who is supposedly dead." he ask the Judge.
"Ms Roshni?" he called as she walked through the court doors being held on by 2 officers. Everyone was shocked even Viren to see the person he tried so hard to make happy and bring her out of her deaden state of losing her child and hidng from his family more so jeevika to see her alive and in front him. As she made her way up the the stand Sumbhav was on the edge now he wante dto walk out the court room. As the questioning and trail went on so many secretes and unbelievable information was being brought out.
As Sumbhav stood on the stands he admitted to his crime. "YES! i lied to you Viren and it was all a plan but I did it for Riya i did it for myself cause a man like you don't deserve to live" as he spat out enraging Jeevika at his words. "because of you i suffered 2 years of marriage before Riya's death!" he exclaimed " Because of you i never had the right as her husband even though i loved more than my life" he said as he began to narrate " After university the 5 of us began our own destination I have always had feeling for Riya ever since and when i finally found the courage to tell her little did i know i had a heartbreak to get. Riya was in love with you Viren! YOU! she didnt have any space for anyone else in her heart. I remembered that day clearly when she mustered all her nervousness and told you about her feelings, You declined her and told her that you don't want a relationship and that you dont feel the same. HEr tears ached my heart. Riya agreed to get married to me after sometime but all that 2 year dispite being in the same house married, loving her and caring for every little need i still couldnt make a place in her heart. Everything was about you she lived just for you till the day she found out you were getting married To JEevika and how much you 2 loved eachother. She couldnt bare it that she committed suicide. and from that day i promised my self that i will avenge her death and you will pay for it." he burst out.
Viren shocked and disheartened had no words. AS the trial continued the judge pronounced Viren as not guilty and relesed him bit Sumbhav was sent to jail for his actions, as well as Roshni. Jeevika burst in tears and joy ran and hugged her husband the place where she feels safe and at heaven in his arms. Viren so happy to be free but still sadden by the fact of the entire situation. The entire family was happy and they hoped that Viren will would forgiv ethem for suspecting him. Viren huggged Anwar and coudnt stop thanking him for supporting him and helping him. "No need to thank me Viren its my duty, becasue of you i am where i am today adn so what if your entire family suspected you and didnt want to stand by you, Babhi and I are always ready" Anwar told him as we walked away Viren sadden and shocked to hear that looked at jeevika wondering more now how much she faced and went through and he could believe that his family suspected him.
Back at the house everyone waited eagerly for theor arrival, As they approach Bua stopped them at the front door and Manvi was about to do arti to wlecome them just when Jeevika stopped her and took the taali from her. As she faced her husband with tears in her eyes and a small smile on her face she did his arti and wlecomed him home. Viren touched the elders feet without a word to any of them and a stren look on his face he took their blessings and went to his room with jeevika...
