Alaknanda is hurt because of all the things that Meerra told her. Alaknanda is taking a bath with gangajal, in the freezing weather. Abhimanyu and Meerra attempt to fly the kite. Meera promises Abhimanayu an outing of Benaras. Shantanu tries totalk to Alaknanda. Abhimanyu proposes to Meerra, Meerra feels shy and runs away. Shantanu comes to talk to Alaknanda in a temple. Alaknanda walks out in the rain and slips on the stairs. Shantanu comes and holds her. Panda Chaubey Maharaj sees this and is shocked.
