My little teensy weensy issue with Zoya

Please don't attack me on this...but a little annoyed at how Zoya ALWAYS wants Asad to say what he wants but she never feels like she has to? Wuz up with that? I mean, to be someone so liberated and modern, she is a little backwards in thinking that the guy should make the first move. If you like him, tell him.

She herself does not know that she is in love yet. Dont know why isnt pondering over that yet.

I agree, love the girl, her free spirited nature and kindness for all, but in this case I don't quite agree with her either. She wants Asad to express, she wants him to be sure of what he wants, but does she know what she want, or has she expressed her own feelings? Agreed she cannot express her own till she is not sure of his, but she hasn't even pondered so far. Asad has in his own ways proved many a times that he loves her, he has accepted to some feelings in his heart. But Zoya hasn't done anything so far. So I guess the track ahead needs to highlight her realization more than anything.

She is not even aware of her own feelings as of yet...although she feels the pull.
On top of that Asad also gives mixed signals...one moment he's desperate to keep her with him and his family, the next moment he blasts her her like anything kicking her out...what will someone who is confused herself , think or say abt this ????

One thing I must applaud Zoya for though...she is not scared to say what she thinks infront of Asad...she's not afraid to speak her mind...doesn't matter if it angers Asad or not, if she thinks something is right or wrong, she says so

What I think is that both are afraid of rejection, that is why they surpress what their hearts are saying

well I partly agree with you but in fact Zoya will every now indicating Asad that she has some feelings.yes as you said she should be verbally expressive so that Asad comes to know her feelings.But my dear EGO is the one which is topping either of them by expressing it.You know there is a saying EGO is like a coconut once you break it you get sweet fruit and water.😃

LOL i am probably like Zoya b/c I feel the guy should make the first move, even though I know he likes me. But if he gave obvious hints i would also tell the guy how I feel. Which is kind of blurry on Asad's part, b/c of his sudden mood swings at times. He gets super pissed and then he is fine and then gets mad again and on goes the cycle. Even the video wouldn't be enough though, if you look at everything else he's done to her. She probably thinks he doesn't hate her as much as he used to, and is starting to grow fond of her thats why he wants her to stay. If you think about it this way, it makes sense

who said she dint make a move she did..may be unconciously and covered with some random reason but she did...you may remember how she tried to remind asad about bhang incident by dancing ...and also there are no of hints given by her to him..but he is the one who is not only emotionally challenged but also emotionally imbalance..she tried but he dint gave her proper answer so she constantly keep on asking asad whether he wants to stay or leave..in a hope that his answer will atleast help her to decide her next step..

thanks for everyone's responses. Today the SBS segment shows her yelling at him because he wont say what he wants. I think thats where my issued lied. I mean right after that video message, she was shown crying in her room watching it because she knew he loved her but then she immediately goes to Asad's room to somewhat attack him for an answer. It seems like she pushes him to back away sometimes. If I was her, and saw that video, I would have went directly to his room and at least opened up then.
