Considering there are numerous spoilers floating around, discussions about the leads realizing their feelings for one another were bound to crop up on the forum.
Seeing all the lovely posts, I was tempted to put in my two cents as well 😛
I am now catching up with all old episodes of Qubool Hai as I started watching the drama mid-way in March. It has been a long couple of weeks but I got to understand the leads a bit more. While both are extremely interesting and well etched, I am constantly drawn towards Zoya.
Agreed she is yet to show as much progress or intensity as Asad but the sole reason for not delving into feelings for him maybe because of their history. This girl showed she loved when she stood with outstretched arms after the bus fiasco. She showed she loved when she reasoned out their attraction; for both of them; while high on bhaang pakoras. She showed she loved when she divulged her deepest secret only to him. All she got in return were constant impulsive actions. Each time she tried to set things right, she was deemed to be irresponsible and a misfit. Would one still want to spend time to affirm their love for the other person? Maybe not and certainly proximity does not help. Maybe what lurks at the background is the fear that while Mr.Khan can record a "Mat Jao Zoya", he can very well tell her "Iss ghar se abhi nikal jao" on her face.
Zoya out of the house might be the best option for both of them right now. Asad may never tell her that he loves her or not take her for granted while she stays there. Zoya will never know how much her life is interlinked with Asad's until she ventures out on her own.
Above all, I hope they look up and see each other across a mazar. That first encounter is going to be etched in my memory forever as the single most perfect depiction of pure love.
