nandini's pregnancy?

I have watched a few episodes of BRKD.In the first episode it was shown that nandini is pregnant. N ow meera is also pregnant. Balraj told nandini that meera is giving him what nandini cannot give him...heir!so what happened to nandini's child?did she suffer a miscarriage?
