No...I dont think hes the killer...Maybe he holds himself responsible for Navins death as I remember him saying he cudnt save Navin but he wudnt let anything happen to Naina...so maybe he thinks that Naina might find him guilty as well n that is y he hides the truth...

OR

maybe Navin had asked Raj to kill him...mercy killing u knw..cus he didnt want to die a shameful death as he was called traitor in the army...he wud rather have death frm Raj's hand...

cant say anything for sure at the moment...many possibilites..but surely Raj didnt do anything on purpose n he just feels guilty cus he feels he cud have done sumthing to help Navin...
