BV is like a bullock cart ride on a village's muddy roads. One can watch life passing by at close quarters. Trees, houses, huts, people, stray animals, ordinary people all give a panoramic view of our villages and their leisurely life.We cant expect speed and we cant expect breathless entertainment too. BV celebrates weddings for days and also tearful bidaiis. In hottest climates and in hottest kitchens, the ladies work wearing heavy lehengas and heavy jewellery, yet they are sweatfree and fresh. And beendnis embody all the qualities to make a perfect Indian bahu.

Happy journey1

🤣

Sometimes seems like the bullock cart ride will never end and everyone has forgotten where it started from or where they are going...too busy watching life go by 😆

Sometimes this bullock cart stops for us to have tea or coffee break, even lunch break, some sleep.

Sometimes the bullock cart tries to go on a backward ride.😆

Lol good bullock cart concept. Atleast it gives some good messages once a while.

@bold - I have been wondering about this from a long time. Never get how they manage that. And if cooking with that jewellery and heavy clothing in one thing...sleeping with those choker necklaces is another...i wonder how they even wake up alive the next day!😆

LOL asru, The first thing i do when i get to bed is remove my earring which are studs. I wonder how they sleep with those jewellery. I feel like those earrings are going to pull my ears off when wearing and sleeping with them. Better i don't do that Coz i will wake up super cranky next day coz i won't be able to sleep at all😆

And the choker necklaces, god forbid I pray every time my amma goes to jewellery shop that she never finds one attractive😛

That is why it is a relief to see Shiv's family with no pallus over their heads and the way they wear simple, lovely sarees.I think BV wanted to shift to some modernism when badimaasi entered but could not go far. Its ok to dress up like that for special occasions, but on a daily basis its not practical.

@bold - Me too asha! I can't understand how CV's missed this part. Atleast wearing those heavy lehanga's while sleeping is o..k🤔...but with such heavy jewellery? Totally brainless!🤡
