Abhi furious @ Ash-Hrithik liplock..HUH

Abhishek is kissed off! Ash's on-screen smooch with Hrithik and skimpy clothes in Dhoom2 have not gone down well with the Bachchans Kunal M Shah

An onscreen kiss has sent Bollywood's hottest romance tumbling into rough weather. The year-long Abhishek Bachchan-Aishwarya Rai relationship hit turbulance on Sunday when the Bachchans were invited to Yashraj Studio for an exclusive preview of Dhoom2. Aishwarya too had especially flown down from Jaipur where she is shooting for Ashutosh Gowarikar's Akbar-Jodha with Hrithik for the screening. According to sources, Aishwarya's lip-lock with Hrithik Roshan in the film did not go down well with the Bachchans. And the entire family of fine actors was not appreciative of Ash's acting prowess in the said scene. Until now Aishwarya, despite offers from Hollywood, had steadfastly maintained a no-kissing policy. A close friend of the family confirms that even though he was aware that there were some passionate scenes between Hrithik and Ash, Abhishek was "very, very upset" on seeing the finished product. The full impact of it hit him only when he saw it on screen, says the friend, and he made his objection very clear to Aishwarya. Over the week, instead of celebrating the release of yet another film featuring them together, Aishwarya and Abhishek have been confronting uncomfortable questions that the kiss has thrown up in their relationship. According to sources, her skimpy costumes too have not gone down well with the first family of Bollywood. "They are wondering where was the need for Aishwarya to change her demure image at this stage and agree to a full-blown kiss on film," said the friend. While Ash herself is maintaining a studied silence on the latest controversy dodging her, the issue at hand is larger than a mere stab of jealousy on the part of her boy friend. There's possessive anger flying around which can have side-effects on her career, say sources. When asked about the kissing scene in the film, Ash's co-star and Abhishek's childhood buddy Hrithik simply laughed it off, and refused to comment. Obviously, Abhishek fails to find the humour in it.

I hate these double standards practised by men...Abhi can kiss Rani in Bunty aur Babli,not a single feather is ruffled,not a single eyebrow raised...But pray Ash does a smooching scene,all hell would break lose...If this is true,then either abhi's narrow minded ,or he is too insecure of Hrithik,especially because Dhoom was hrithik's movie and abhi was sidelined

If the Bachchans are truly so narrow minded,then Its better Ash doesnt marry into that family...About those short clothes,I find it strange...Abhishek can ogle at Bipasha,Priyanka and MAllika sherawat on Koffee with Karan,he can fantacize Gisele Bundchen,but when his actual GF wears something not even remotely close to what Mallika Sherawat wears,Abhi's wallows in his elephantine ego and narrow mindedness😕

hmmm... abhishek shouldn't have been so insecure. if you date an actress, it is essential that you practice an open mind.😊 well, i dunno where their relationship is going. if they are truly in love , this matter should be settled soon.😊

Its seems as Abi is taking out his anger on being sidelined by Hritik and appreciated more then him in the movie out on Ash.

With Hritik taking all the applause from audience and critics , poor Abi feels so left out.

Finally,the indiaglitz guy gives an impartial viewpoint(He's invariably harsh on Ash otherwise)...Completely agree with him....👏...Boom was such an embarrassement,and Big B even unashamedly confessed that his main drive in doing the movie were the three hot chicks....But when Ash does something that is classy and aesthetic,the male ego (chauvinistic nature if I can dare say so) gets hurt🤢

Perfectly put👏...I'm sure the frustration would have been buliding up,and this smooch was the last straw...Well,but then,I'm sure abhi wasnt coerced or blackmailed into doing the movie...It was his own choice....

He overshadowed SRK in KANK,and walked away with the accolades,perhaps he expected something similar to happen in Dhoom...But this time,its Hrithik and not SRK ,and Abhi was bound to be dwarfed!!

The son slobbers his face all over rimi Sen's tits in Dhoom, that is ok.

He does kissing scenes with Rani several times in MANY movies, and also does steamy scenes with many other actresses, that is OK

but if the son's girlfriend (who is independant, sophisticated, smart and has mind of her own) decides to do 1/10th of what the son does, then hell breaks loose.

I have seen Dhoom 2 and the kiss was very sensual and very hot and still very classy (anything Hrithik and Ash do can never look otherwise).

I have always thought Ash can do better than Abhi. Bachchans don't deserve her.

Not only Rimi,Abhi has done steamy scenes with priyanka chopra(in bluffmaster) too......and I'm sure if tomorrow Sanjay Bhansali asks abhishek to kiss his co-star,he would !....WHy so much of hullabuloo over Ash.....This attitude is so regressive and chauvinistic🤢...about Ash not supposed to don short clothes at the age of 33,that's the most sexist and retrogressive thing I've ever heard🤢

Just finished reading all the reviews on Dhoom 2 and boy, am I happy or what?? It has been absolutely wonderful to hear such unanimous verdict from everyone. Hrithik Rocks and how!👏

I like Abhishek, infact I started liking him after I saw the first Dhoom, but when it comes to Hrithik, no one comes close. Maybe you are right, Kiss must have been the final straw, there was something else building up!!

If they split due to THIS VERY reason,then I'll be glad for Aishwarya...She would be saved from living with this extremely petty,illiberal and picayunish family which practices hypocrisy....They deserve a hypocrite bahu if they ostracize Ash for this ONE reason that she wore short clothes and liplocked with her co-star....I'm sure they would ruin her career,the way Jaya's career took a backseat after her nuptials and thus we lost a very good actress

Every actress has worn short clothes...Rani wore this TIGHT shorts for the nach baliye song of Bunty Babli and looked fat ...Priety wore mini skirts for Salaam Namaste...Bipasha is mostly seen skimply dressed...Vidya Balan hasnt exposed,but she too has done steamy scenes with John in Salaam-E-Ishq and in PArineeta....Priyanka exposed in her very first movie..Every actress has done steamy scenes..If the Bachchans are so particular about the image of their bahu,they shouldnt be going for an actress bahu....
