is yash ji appreciation towards aartiji...yash wanted to give gift to aarti ji...what could be the gift...in private????

i am correlating the spoiler picture with the gift from yash...i am sure yash going to popat aarti actually viewers as if giving tax but finally he will take out the gift he bought for aarti in between 😛
