Thanks for sharing the article Ginu 😊 Well I think have been saying the same since long.But of course the channels don't care.And if you don't care about the one who brings you your bread and butter - your leads and your audiences - You will surely face the repercussions.

I think in the recent times there has been no lead actor who has stuck to their show for more than 2 years.Barun quit IPK, mohnish behn quit Kuch toh log kahenge for health issues,sushant singh rajput quit pavitra rishta.Clearly showing that one or more leads of all the long running shows on TV hv quit at some time or the other.

If the TV industry continues to work like this I am afraid one day there will be a REAL dearth of good talent on tv.Its high time indian tv goes the international way - Providing both actors and audiences a breath of fresh air.
