Remember the video was made on the laptop and save on a cd for Zoya, but the file is still on the computer. Tannu took the cd but the video is still there.
There is a possibility also that asad recording was still open and running, who knows. i don't care just glad she is staying, maybe this is what she is showing him in the sbb video for yesterday and the spoiler pic.

I think Zoya saved this video both in her laptop and her cell phone.Remember in E24 they were showing Zoya confronting Asad about what he said at the end of the recording and as a proof she was showing that on her cell phone,the recording.I think Asad doesn't accept what he said because it happened without his knowledge.
in SBS or SBB they showed she saved it in her mobile nd was showing to ASAD nd he was denying it. if u guys ve seen that than its obvious she stopped coz of him.
i really think najma sends her back the video that was on the CD bcuz zoya might become sad that she lost the CD(but what crossed my mind is that tanu was the only one in zoya's room at the time when the CD went missing and zoya didn't suspect nun strange😲) and that when it might be playing unknowingly and then the magical dreamy precap😛
