he is interested in the business and properties like balraj. he supports balraj against his brother he is obedient to balraj also seems the only one in family working with balraj closely. does he really takes balraj as a role model or its only for the property as no other male heir is closer to balraj?

I think he has some quality of his uncle but he's more interested in the properties.

He is definately not a strightforward , simple person like his brother ... he has his own motives and definately wants a good share of the property!

i agree also he he wants to enjoy the luxurious lifestyle his mother also wants him to inherit the property

I think here Agastya is not totally an antagonist but a grey shaded character. He is not a straightforward person. He love himself and also want a good share in the property. But I think He will fall for Meera and through him only Meera gonna stay in Asthana Mansion.

he considers his chachu as his hero.

naturally he will have same mind as balraj.
his eyes are on protperty. he will do anything to get that.
currently he has only one option. since Meera is carrying Ani's child, the entire property will go to that baby. by marrying Meera, he can get the property.

but Balraj is one step ahead of Agastya. he will not allow anyone to marry Meera.
