Tfs.This song is from the movie Mausam which was produced or directed by Supriyaji's husband, Pankaj Kapoor. Supriya is Shahid Kapoor's step mom.

Yes it is very much Supriya pathak.

She used to be a very popular actress seen in realistic art movies, not the commercial ones.

She is yesteryears actress Dina Pathak's daughter who played mom in many movies. She is Ratna Pathak's younger sister, Ratna is an actress (recently she was seen in Golmal 3 opposite Mithun) and wife of Naseeruddin Shah, the famous actor. Her family is the talented bunch of Bollywood.
