Part 44:-
"Are ye dono kahan gaye?" he tried to search both of his friends who were all of a sudden got disapperead. As soon as he came out of the place a waiter stopped his way.
"Excuse me."
He turned and saw at him, "yes."
"Are you Mr. Arjun Mehra?"
"Yes"
"Actually sir we have a booking for you please come with me." He bought him inside his hall and Arjun was stunned with the scenario. The whole hall was decorated nicely with flowers and beautiful curtains and this was his favorite color "blue". It seems it was decorated intentionally with all the things he likes as if the flower chosen was orchid which is again his fav and that too blue ones.
"Ye sab kis ne kiya?" he asked to that waiter.
"Sir pls be seated here and you will get all your answers soon." He made him sit there. As he went a spot light hit his face.
"I know tum mujh se bahut nahi bahut naraj ho par is me meri koi bhi galti nahi hai. Jab hum log yahan aa rahe the maine raaste me kai baar tum ko call kiya par tumhara phone switched off tha. Aane k fauran baad hum shopping pe nikal gaye aur vahan tum mil gaye aur gussa karne lage. Ek baar meri baat to sunte na. But now I just want to say a big sorry to you for whatever happened."
Arjun was surprised in the way he got this appology. He obviously very well recognized the voice. But this plan surprised him a lot. Soon he understood that all this has happened with help of his beloved friends Sunny and Shalabh. Another spot light fallen upon a beautiful face which took all his attention from his thoughts. The beautiful girl in a beautiful dress. He was amazed as he never imagined her to wear such attire which inhances her beauty.
"Wow", just came out of his mouth which made her blush and when he saw the red color rising in her cheeks he realized what he said. "Is ka ye matlab nahi hai ki mai tum se naraj nahi hoon."he showed fake anger.

He sang purposely to tease her

She sang again by holding her ears in a cute way.

He averted his gaze and showed as if it made no effect on him.

She again came in front of him to show that how much she needs his forgiveness.
Jeevan k ye raaste lambe hain sanam…
She was requesting him to be his part and he was rejecting it showing attitude that he can live without her very well.
Kaatenge ye zindagi thokar kha k hum….
He knew what effect this was making at her. He was smiling silently seeing her continuous and cute yells.
Zaalim saath le le….
She requested him to take her along with him stretching her hands.
Acche hum akele….
He refused for her companionship and moved alone trying to go outside.

She again sang in order to help him but he again wanted to do it alone.

But he was adamant so she stood at the side to let him open it by himself and when he couldn't do it. She opened it easily.
Chaar kadam bhi chal na sakoge samjhe…
He gave a small smile admiring her attempts to mananofying.

How long could he stay rigid as she was trying her best to do that all. He looked at her smiling and she again sang these lines to check his mood.

Her words created a charismatic effect on him and he asked her for her hand and she gave it to him. Telling her that he is no more angry with her.

He pulled her in to his arms and swayed at some romantic steps.

She placed her arms around his neck and looking in to his eyes she again asked as if confirming.

He said smiling and now his eyes were showing a lot of love he held for her and she was happy. Soon all of them Sunny, Mugdha and Shalabh came out clapping and whistling and seeing them they parted. Anu was blushing and they were smiling.
"So finally bhabhi ka ye plan kamiyaab hua." Shalabh said.
Anu smiled and replied, "Haan and thanks to all of you." She thanked all. Now Arjun understood that both of his friends helped her in that plan. He mentally thanked them for helping her and thought that a nice bonding has grown between them.
"Sirf thank you se kaam nahi chalega." Sunny said.
"To?" Anu and Arjun asked in unin.
"Oye hoye, abhi to meri bus bhabhi se baat ho rahi hai aur tujhe itne pareshaani ho rahi hai?"
They smiled but Arjun said, "haan to meri hone waali biwi hai na to mujhe bhi pata hona chahiye na ki tu kya maangne jaa raha hai us se."
"mai jo maangoonga us ko sun k tu jealous ho jayega ye mujhe pakka pata hai." Sunny said winking.
Arjun and even Shalabh was surprised, 'mangana kya chahta hai ye?' Shalabh was confused.
"oye limit me rahiyo," Arjun warned him.
Sunny laughed seeing his fuming face, "dekh teri shakal to abhi dekhne layak hai. Kitna dar gaya hai tu, baap re maine nahi socha tha ki itna insecure ho sakta hai koi." Even Shalabh and Mugdha smiled at him.
"Obviously, mujhe hak hai hone ka."
"Haan pata hai vo dikh bhi raha hai." He laughed again.
Finally after sometime when Arjun was unable to bear his laughter he asked, "mere baap batayega mujhe ki tujhe chahiye kya?"
Sunny smiled and answered, "bus ek phone number."
All were surprised to know that, "mobile number?" they said in union.
"Haan mobile number, bus ek mobile no vo bhi aap ki friend Anchal ka bhabhi." He said.
"Ohhh," all four said teasing him and he blushed. "Kya baat hai."
Arjun said smiling, "Sach me tune to mujhe dara hi diya tha. Chal ab bata kab hua kaise hua ye sab?" he asked.
He said dreamingly, "bus usi din jab pehli baar us ko aap ki engagement me dekha tha bhabhi. She was sooo beautiful and us ki baatein, usi ki tarah pyaari thi. Us ki vo choti se naak jis pe choti choti se baat pe gussa aa jaata tha. Pata hai gusse me vo naak kitne fool jaati thi and it looks sooo cute." And he goes on and on and on praising Anchal.
Anu was smiling and looking at his expressions, "sach me koi ek baar milne k baad kisi se itna pyaar kar sakta hai aaj k time me bhi; yakeen nahi hota hai."
Arjun looked at her, "Kyoun mai aaj k jamane me nahi hoon kya? Mai bhi to tum se pehli baar engagement me mila tha par dekho mai tum se kitna pyaar karta hoon." He said with loving expression.
She looked at his face and was really happy to find such nice and loving life partner, "I know," again she looked at Sunny and asked, "to de doon?" He nodded his head aprooving.
She gave the mobile number to him and he was happy to get it that finally after a long time he is going to listen her sweet voice.
Back to hospital & inside the room:-
"Kajal, Hua kya hai tum ko? See I am fine mujhe kuch nahi hua hai aur mai aaj bilkul theek hoon aur jaldi hi mai yahan se ghar bhi aa jaaonga."
But it seems there was no end of her pain, "I…………I………….I………..am………. so…..rry……………..so….oo…….rry Vardaan. Mujhe maaf karoge?" she said taking some sobs between her cries.
He was not surprised ho could expect that but for now he has to make her understand that al lis well now and it was not her fault, "Kajal.suno utho meri taraf dekho." But she refused to see at him. He made her do that forcefully, "Dekhogi ya nahi?" She looked at him and once again cried. He comforted her by holding her hands tightly as he was not in the condition to hug her tight. His injuries didn't let him get up so that he could hug his Kajal and could comfort her. He tried to get up but the excessive pain in his body didn't let him do that. When Kajal noticed that he was trying to get up but moaned in pain she scolded him, "No Vardaan, no need to get up. You are not that much fine so just lie."
He smiled looking her concern, "Yes mam, as u say but only if you promise me to stop crying."
She couldn't smile but she knew he hates to see the tears in her eyes, so just to please her she said, "Ok I will not cry now."
"I said promise me." He wanted.
Tears started beaming up in he reyes, "I…..I promise". She said with shaking voice.
He held her palms in his hands and said, "Kajal, jo bhi hua us me tumhari jara bhi galti nahi thi. Jo hua vo hona hi tha na, us ko koi rok bhi kaise sakta hai?"
"Par agar mai tum se naraj nahi hue hoti to na tum mujhe manane ki koshish karne k liye kahin vahar jaate na aisa kuch hota." She said with low voice he reyes still filled with tears.
"Kuch cheejin tumhare humare sochne k hisab se nahi hoti hain na" looking at her sad face he asked, "You know Kajal is se mujhe ek fayda bhi hua. Is se mujhe kam se kam ye to pata chal gaya ki tum mujh se kitna pyaar karti ho." He winked.To which she just gave a small smile, "par ye kya? Bus itne se smile? Yaar is se jyada to hak banta hi hai na mera? So pls give me a beautiful smile." He demanded and she gave a big one back, "thank god someone listened me." He said mocking.
She was looking at him and couldn't believe that her destiny will give her someone who can love her that much. "Vardaan, tum tum bahut acche ho. Par kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta hai ki shayad mai hi tum ko deserve nahi karti hoon." Her face fell.
It didn't please her, "Tum ko aisa lagta hai?" She nodded her head. "Bahut galat lagta hai……," and he bcame silent for sometime, "aur agar aage se kabhi aisa kaha bhi na to dekhna mujh se bura koi nahi hoga."
She looked at her face, "Aur agar tum ne kabhi mujh se door jane ki koshish bhi ki na to dekhna mujh se bura koi nahi hoga." She warned him sweetly and in response he just smiled.
After two weeks:-
"Ab finally ye theek hain aap in ko ghar le jaa sakte hain." Doc Saxsena said after examining all reports of Vardaan.
Vardaan smiled and said, "Thank you so much for such good news. Varna mujhe laga tha ki yahan reh kar mai kabhi bhi theek nahi ho paaonga. Vaise ye bataiye ki mai office kab se join kar sakta hoon?"
Kajal gave her a glare and Vardaan kept quite. She asked, "Doc mujhe ye bataiye in ko check up k liye kab kab lana hai? Ye office to abhi jaa nahi sakte hain na?"
Vardaan made a face whereas Doc said, "Abhi ek do maheene nahi kyoun ki sir pe lagi hue chot kaafi serious hai aur mind par jyada strain mat daliyega. In ka next check up next week ko hai. Mai ek kaam karta hoon in k discharge papers k saath in ko kab aana hai yahan us ka ek Schedule copy aap ko de deta hoon aur baad me un check ups k according sab reports aane pe mai aap ko batata rahoonga ki kab kaun sa test karana hai aur kitna improvement hua."
"Fine doc, aap papers ready karwa dijiye mai abhi aati hoon." She said and the doc left and she turned towards Vardaan, "To kya keh rahe the aap?"
Vardaan frowned, he knew now a days Kajal gets angry very soon. He knew the reason as well that because of him she has become some possessive and she cares for him that's why don't want to see him in pain. "Kuch to nahi."
"Very good, aur kuch sochna bhi nahi abhi bus ghar pahuch k aaram karna hai aap ko understood."she said.
"Yes mam,"
"Theek hai, mai abhi doc k pass jaa rahi hoon aap yahan chup chaap baithye." She was about to leave when he held her hand.
"Kuch diye bina to jaane nahi doonga." He said naughtily.
"Kya chahiye?"
"Ek…..", and he pointed towards her lips. She blushed as her cheeks got the deeper shade of pink.
"Abhi mujhe doc k pass jana hai." She said in low voice.
"Maine kab mana kiya? Jao na, par pehle mujhe kam se kam ek gud mng kiss to de k jao." He requested and his plead melted her she turned n went closer to him. She ben ton him to kiss him as soon as their lips were about to feel each other's lips there was a knock on the door. Vardaan got irritated and asked, "Kaun?"
The door flung open and we see a lady came inside and hugs him tight. She was the same lady to whom once Kajal saw in his office hugging him. She was crying hugging Vardaan tight but this scenario didn't please Kajal. She was angry with him while Vardaan was busy consoling her. After a while when that lady bcame normal she sat besides him and Vardaan asked her, "Are you fine now?"
"Ye kaisa question hai Chotu? I should ask it with you." She said still making sad face.
"I am perfectly fine as you can see." He just gave a smile in return.
"You know mai kitna dar gayi thi. Tum logon ne batane ki jaroorat bhi nahi samjhi mai US me thi aur jab kal raat vapas aayi tab pata chala ye sab. Mai fauran aane waali thi yahan par kisi ne aane nahi diya."
Someone came entering in the room, "ab batao aise halat me mai in ko night me kaise aane deta?"
"I know jeeju u care for her so much." He winked at him. He was Manas husand of Nandini Vardaan's cousion sis who has lost her parents at very early age and she used t olive with Vardaan a few years later till she got married with Manas.

Kajal was still watching all this when she coughed and Vardaan looked at her. 'Oh sorry Kajal, mai tumhara intro karwana bhool gaya. She is my di Nandini Dii and my jeeju Manas Singhania." She greeted them.
"Tum Kajal ho na?" Nandini asked.
"Aap ko kaise pata chala di?" he asked surprisingly.
She pulled his ear and said, "Ab tujhe kya lagta hai tu mujhe nahi batayega."
"Oh di dheere se, dard ho raha hai. I am sorry di." He said.
Nandini left his ear, "oh sorry, par mai bahut gussa hoon tujh se. Tune mujhe kuch bhi batane ki jaroorat bhi nahi samjhi."she showed her fake anger.
Vardaan smiled, "I am really sorry di, mujhe batane ka time hi nahi mila. Varna aisa kabhi ho sakta hai ki mai apni sab se pyaari di cum best friend ko ye baat na bataoon? "
Nandini smiled and turned towards Kajal, "Maa papa ne hum dono ko Vardaan ko discharge karane k liye bheja hai."
Kajal's face fell after hearing it but Vardaan covered it up, "Vo maa ne to mujhe kaha tha ki Kajal hi mujhe ghar le jayegi."
Nandini smiled understanding his meaning, "Maa ne yahi kaha hai mere bhai bus hum yahan tum dono ki help karne aaye hain ye tumhare jeeju ka idea tha na."
"Good ab kam se kam hum sab saath me chalenge." Kajal added.
"Are abhi Abhay aur Pia bhi aa rahe hain." Nandini told. "Papa ko kahin bahar jana hai to vo bhi yahin aa k tum se milenge."
"Itne saare log aa rahe hain," Vardaan said making a face, "Mujhe to kuch jyada hi bimar hone waali feeling aa rahi hai ab."
"Feeling……….vo bhi ab? Tum to pehle se hi bimar ho na?" Nandini said teasing him.
