"But aap ko nahi lagta ki pata nahi aap k aisa karne se Kajal kitne khush hogi?"
"Us ki khushi ka hi soch kar to maine ye decide kiya hai."
"Phir bhi mai kahoongi ki beta ek baar tum us se is baare me baat kar lo kahin aisa na ho ki tum jitna accha soch kar ye sab karna chahte ho us ka after effect kuch alag hi ho jaye."
"I agree with your mom, son."
"Let me try once mom and dad." He requested and they nodded. Next day he went Delhi and Kajal was informed about it. She dialed his number. "Vardaan."
"Haan meri jaan."
She blushed hearing those words which she always does, "Kahan gaye aise mujhe bina bataye?"
"Are yaar Mr. Alex India aa rahe hain to kuch sites dekhani hai Delhi ki un ko aur mujhe un ko attend karna jaroori hai as dad is in Bengulru now."
"I know, but please come back soon."
"Sure I will as you know mai tum se jyada time tak door to reh bhi nahi sakta."
"Accha...tab to jana bhi nahi chahiye tha na?"
"You know na kitna urgent hai ye."
"I know".
A few days later:-
Prerna jee was busy cooking Kajal's favorite when a door bell rang and she went to open the door and was shocked to see the man standing at the door. A lot of old memories passed her mind seeing the person right in front of her. She never thought of seeing him in front of her.
"Tum yahan...", just came out from her lips.
"Can I come in?" he asked. She just nodded and he came inside. He entered inside following her. They sat there in silence. After sometime Prerna jee asked, "Tum yahan kaise?"
"In ko mai yahan le k aaya hoon." Vardaan said entering inside.Prerna jee looked at Vardaan with confusin. He went close to her, "Maa..." taking her hands in his. Prerna jee looked into his eyes and found a peace and sincerity in it. "Ye yahan aap logon k liye aaiye hain."
Prerna jee looked at Anurag and as usual he was not looking in to her eyes. "Tabhi najrein chura kar baithe hain. I am not surprised ye pehli baar nahi hai jab in ko humare pass aane k liye kisi k sahare ki jaroorat padi hai." She was curt. Feelings of dejection and betrayal were clear in her voice.
"I am sorry Prerna.." all Anurag could say.
"Why? All of a sudden aap ko apni galati kaise samajh aa gayi? Ye chamatkar kaise hua?"
"Mujhe to shayad aaj bhi kuch samajh nahi aata agar Vardaan mere pass nahi gaya hota."
"Vaah Mr. Anurag Aggarwal aap ko apni galtiyan realize karwane k liye bhi koi chahiye. Sahi hi hai aaj tak koi bhi cheej akele nahi honi chahiye, aap ka har decisin aur sab kuch life me doosre decide karte hain na?"
Anurag looked at her and wasn't surprised to see her reaction. "I know Prerna maine jo kiya galat kiya aur mujhe ye dukh bahut dino se khaye ja raha hai par aaj achanak Vardaan se milne k baad mai saari himmat juta paya hoon. Aaj tum se, Kajal se aur Anchal se sorry bolna chahta hoon un sabhi dukho aur dard k liye jo maine tum teeno ko diye hain. Mujhe pata hai itna asaan nahi hai tum sab k liye mujhe maaf karna phir bhi mai apne dil ka bojh halka karna chahta hoon."
Prerna jee was not looking at him she looked anywhere else but said, "Tumhari maafi se hum ne jo saha hai vo sab theek ho jayega? Hume jo ghaav diye hain vo bhar jayenge?"
Anurag was sitting putting his head down, "I know...shayad mai is layak bhi nahi hoon. Tum ko jo bhi saza deni hai mujhe de do Prerna par mujhe maaf kar do varna mera ye guilt mujhe kabhi chain se jeene nahi dega."
This was going on when all of a sudden Kajal entered calling, "Maa..." she was shocked to see her father there. She stood there frozen for some minutes when Anurag brought her out of her shock. "Kajal...kaise ho beta?"
She came out of her thought and was unhappy to see him there. Turning to Prerna jee she asked, "Maa...ye yahan kya kar rahe hain?"
Prerne jee took a deep breath and replied, "Dekhne aaye hain ki hum abhi bhi zinda hain ya mar gaye."
"To dukh hua hoga ki hum abhi bhi zinda hain. Inhone to socha rakha hoga ki hum mar hi jayenge in k bina na?"
"Kajal..." it was Vardaan who interupted, "Kaise bol rah ho tum?"
"Sahi tareeke se baat kar rah hoon mai aur ye tareeka Maine in se seekha hai baat karne ka."
"No Kajal, this is not the right way to talk with your father."
"Oh please don't tell me that..." but some thought crossed her mind, "By the way what are you doing here? I mean you was out of the city na for some work?" Her eyes asked questions.
Before Vardaan could reply Prerna jee said, "Vardaan in ko yahan laya hai."
"What?" she was shocked again. "Tum in ko yahan laye why?"
Vardaan said, "Can we talk about it later?"
"No...not later. I want answers right now." Her anger now shifted to Vardaan.
Vardaan thought for sometime than said, "Come with me I will answer you." And she followed him to her room.
Flashback over
Tainu itna mai pyaar karana
He took her hands in his and put her one hand over his shoulder and another entwined with her fingers. Their fingers were peerfectly fitting into each others hands.

They completely forgot about the surroundings lost in each other fully. It seems all their worlds just lies into other.

"Is it my dream or really we are soon to be together forever?" Kajal's eyes asked Vardaan's.
"It's not your dream baby, I am soon will be yours officially and permanently not for this life but for all rest of lives ." He assured her and kissed her forehead.

"Pata nahi kabhi socha hi nahi tha aisa khoobsurat din meri zindagi me aayega jab mujhe itna khoobsurat aur accha humsafar milega." Vardaan's eyes said.
"It's my pleasure." Her eyes replied blushing and smiling.

"Hone waali biwi." She corrected and he gave a cute pout.

He twilred her around and she came back in to his arms. Her back hitting his chest and Kajal could feel some warm twingling feeling in her stomach. He placed his both hands on her waist and she felt shivers down her spine.

His touch was always magical for her. Their relation was now almost one year old but he never tried to took advantage of her feelings for her which made her respect him even more. If he would have been ever did it may be she didn't had protested but she knew her limits.

Her eyes were fixed on him feeling how blessing her life turned when she met him. She found him funny and strange initially but later on her thoughts completely changed about him. He was caring, loving, sensible, sensitive and good hearted person who changed her life and her mindset about men.

Any girl would have been lucky to have such a life partner and he chose her. He never wanted to know about her sore past but loved her for what she is. He always helped her to take out all bad experiences of her past. Only a men who love you can do all to help you out. He removed her all insecurities by promising her to be with her forever.

The song ended and everyone in the hall clapped for them. They came out of the dreamland of their love nest. Kajal blushed thinking about her thoughts so she parted and rushed where her mother and Anchal were standing. Prerna jee was happy for her daughter as she finally belive that she would never have been able to choose a better life partner than Vardaan for Kajal.
Vaishnavi jee came to her and asked, "Aap khush hai Prerna jee?"
"Bahut khush hoon." She replied, "Aaj ek baat ka ehsaas ho gaya ki shayad mai bhi kabhi itna accha life partner nahi dhoondh sakti thi apne beti k liye."
Vaishnavi jee smiled and taking her hands in hers she said, "And believe me Kajal jaise acchi bahu...nahi beti kahoongi shayad hum apne Vardaan k liye khud hi nahi dhoondh paate." Both ladies smiled.
A few days later:-
"To pandit jee shadi k liye kaun se date acchi rahegi?" All of them gathered at Mehra's residnece fixing the date of marriage of Kajal and Vardaan.
"Dekhiye behan jee 24th November ki date acchi hai. Par thoda jaldi hai agar aap chahe to mai do maheene(months) k baad ki date nikal sakta hoon." Pandit jee replied.
"Nahi nahi...two months bahut jyada hain. 24th November is better." Vardaan said and all looked at him. He went nervous by the looks he got and Kajal also glared him. Everyone burst out laughing and Vardaan got embarassed.
"Mujhe nahi pata tha ki mera beta shaadi k liye itna desperate ho raha hai." Vaishnavi jee teased Vardaan.
He fell offended, "Aisa kuch nahi hai maa."
"To theek hai fir hum shaadi ki date two months baad ki hi rakh dein?" she asked further to tease him.
"Mom mujhe kuch kaam hai mai jata hoon." And he rushed to his room because of embarrassment. All laughed as soon as he left.
"Dekh rah hain maa ye ladka pagal hota ja raha hai. Abhi tak to is ki shaadi bhi nahi hue hai, pata nahi ek baar shaadi ho gayi to kya karega ye?" Mansi said.
"Haan mai sab dekh rah hoon. Kajal ne aane se pehle hi change kar diya hai Vardaan ko. Ab thoda shamless ho gaya hai." All laughed and Kajal blushed hard and left to kitchen with an excuse to drink wter.
At Shalabh's residence:-
"So finally you have decided?"
"Yes maa, mujhe NewYork jana hi hai bussiness study karne k liye."
"Great, I am proud of you." His father said patting his shoulder.
"Kaise rahoongi ab mai tere bina?" his mother cried.
"Oh mom come one, humesha k liye thode na vahan rehne wala hoon. Bus three years k liye ja raha hoon na."
"Kya...aise bata raha hai jaise three years kuch nahi hota hai. Kahin vahin ki kisi gori chitti mam se shaadi kar li tune tab?"
Sunny laughed and said, "Is ki chinta aap mat karo aunty. Ye to aisa bilkul nahi kar sakta."
Everyone gave him a confused look. Shalabh gave a glare to him. "Kyoun aisa nahi kar sakta?" Shalabh's mom asked.
"I mean...is ka tareeka aap k hi pass hai." Sunny tried to cover it up.
"Kaisa tareeka?"
"Is ki engagement kara dijiye kisi acchi ladki se fir is ko bahar bhejiyega." He suggested. Shalabh hit his forehead. "Kyoun mar raha hai? Maine kuch galat kaha kya?"
"Nahi beta tune to bahut accha idea diya hai. Mujhe lagta hai yahi sahi hoga..." his mom smiled.
"Mom...no pls...aap is ki baat me bilkul mat aaiyega. Ye na...I hate you Sunny."
Sunny smiled, "Aunty aap is baat pe bilkul dhyan mat dijiye. Ye keh kuch bhi raha ho par ye chahta yahi hai."
"Mujhe bhi lagta hai ye hi sahi mauka hai. Mai pandit jee ko phone lagati hoon." And she and his father went out.
Now it was Sunny's turn to get beaten by Shalabh, "Ruk saale...meri engagement karayega abhi batata hoon tujhe." He ran behind him to beat him up.
"Meri baat to sun le. I am sure tujhe mera plan accha lagega."
"Mujhe kuch nahi sun na hai. Ab ye sab mai Mugdh ko bataoonga bus dekh tera kya haal karti hai vo."
"Ruk sun na..." he said ascending on his bed. "Dekh ek baar sun to le..."
"Kya sunoo mai bata?" Shalabh said hitting him with a cushion.
"Dekh mai rasta nikal raha hoon tum dono ki engagement karane ka." He said when he got hit by Shalabh.
"What?"
"Aur kya yaar kab se maara ja raha hai. Kuch ruk kar aur bhi sun aur dekh liya kar."
"Kya dekhna hai?" Shalabh asked crossing his arms around his chest.
"Dekhna nahi sun na hai. Tu sun abhi meri baat dhyan se." And he told him the whole plan what he wanted.
"Sach me ye hoga?" he asked.
"Kyoun nahi hoga?"
"You know na Mugdh ki mom kaise hain?"
"I know par hum koshish to kar sakte hain ek baar. Agar baat nahi bani to tu koi bahana kar k mana bhi kar sakta hai."
"Maa manegi baad me?"
"Maan jayegi yaar. Sab ko ek baat acche se pata hai ki agar koi rishta banane k baad nibhaya nahi ja sake to us se accha hai vo rishta banaya hi na jaye." Sunny said.
Shalabh watched his face for sometime than said, "Tu itna samajhdaar kaise hai yaar?"
"Pata nahi...shayad apun k halat ne apun ko aisa bana diya." He smiled.
"Phir bhi yaar I am not convinced..."
"Yaar tu befaltoo me tensin le raha hai. Ye sab itne badi baat nahi hai apun k liye. Bus apun ko thoda time de. Apun ka plan set karne k liye. Mugdha se bhi baat karega apun is baare me."
"Theek hai...tu jaisa chahe kar hum dono ka full support hai." Shalabh said smiling.
"Haan haan kyoun nahi milega full support akhir teri engagement hogi to tere man me hi ladoo foot raha hai na?" Sunny winked.
Back to Vardaan's house:-
"To pandit jee aap 24th ki date hi final kijiye. Mai nahi chahti ki ab mujhe apne beti ko ghar lane me aur intezaar karna pade." Prerna jee smiled.
"Jaise aap ki marzi Vaishnavi jee." Prerna jee said.
"Nahi sab humari marzi se hi nahi chalega. Agar aap ko koi problema ho to bataiye."
"Nahi...theek hai. Mujhe koi problem nahi hai. Humare koi bahut jyada relative bhi nahi hai jin ko bulana ho."
Mr. Mehra thought for a while and said, "Mai kuch kehna chahta tha aap se Prerna jee."
"Jee kahiye."
"Agar aap ko bura na lage to. I mean mujhe pata hai ki aap me self respect bahut hai and I really respect you for that but mujhe lagta hai jo mai soch raha hoon that's good for both of our families." Mr. Mehra said.
